【摘要】：“策略”的含義是為了實(shí)現(xiàn)某個(gè)戰(zhàn)略任務(wù),預(yù)估過程中可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)的問題,然后制定相對(duì)應(yīng)的策劃方案,既有穩(wěn)定性又有靈活性,根據(jù)形勢(shì)的發(fā)展變化隨時(shí)修正方案,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)。本文就是按照這一思路進(jìn)行研究對(duì)陜西省藍(lán)田縣玉山小鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)行旅游開發(fā)的方案。在我國現(xiàn)代化和城市化發(fā)展的新階段——城鄉(xiāng)一體化進(jìn)程中,國內(nèi)許多自然資源或人文資源保留較好的地區(qū)已將建設(shè)旅游小鎮(zhèn)作為發(fā)展地方經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要手段。由于旅游小鎮(zhèn)資源的不可再生性和脆弱性,而我國旅游小鎮(zhèn)的理論研究相對(duì)滯后,再加上有些開發(fā)者們的急功近利與盲目跟從,因此在發(fā)展過程中存在的問題也逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來,很多小鎮(zhèn)陷入了開發(fā)過度商業(yè)化、旅游同質(zhì)化單一化、人文污染和自然污染嚴(yán)重的的瓶頸之中。本文意圖通過研究小鎮(zhèn)旅游開發(fā)的具體步驟與方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)小鎮(zhèn)差異化、特色化定位,走出一條屬于小鎮(zhèn)本土地域文脈的開發(fā)之路,營造屬于自己的特色文化品牌,從而解決目前國內(nèi)旅游小鎮(zhèn)開發(fā)普遍面對(duì)的問題。作者站在建筑師的立場(chǎng),以陜西省藍(lán)田縣玉山小鎮(zhèn)作為研究對(duì)象,從規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的角度出發(fā),以小鎮(zhèn)的地域文脈、商業(yè)業(yè)態(tài)、總體空間結(jié)構(gòu)和建筑風(fēng)貌四個(gè)方面為切入點(diǎn),通過文獻(xiàn)搜集整理、實(shí)地調(diào)查研究、歸納總結(jié)、對(duì)比分析等方法建立框架,得到旅游小鎮(zhèn)開發(fā)的優(yōu)化措施,最后落筆到筆者親自參與設(shè)計(jì)的玉山新桃園文化旅游名鎮(zhèn)策劃方案的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)上,從而為更多的待開發(fā)小鎮(zhèn)提供思路和借鑒,使歷史文化小鎮(zhèn)的生命力得到延續(xù)。
[Abstract]:"Strategy" means that in order to realize a strategic task, to estimate the problems that may arise in the process, and then to formulate corresponding planning plans, both stable and flexible, and to revise the plan at any time according to the development and change of the situation. The ultimate goal is achieved. This article is according to this thought carries on the research to the Shaanxi Province Lantian county Yushan small town carries on the tourism development plan. In the process of urban-rural integration in the new stage of China's modernization and urbanization, the construction of tourist towns has been regarded as an important means to develop local economy in many areas where natural or human resources are well preserved. Due to the non-reproducibility and vulnerability of the tourist town resources, the theoretical research of the tourist town in our country is relatively lagging behind, and some developers are eager for quick success and follow blindly, so the problems in the process of development also gradually appear. Many small towns are caught in the bottleneck of over-commercialization of development, homogenization of tourism, serious pollution of humanity and nature. This paper intends to study the specific steps and methods of small town tourism development, to realize the differentiation and localization of small town, to find out a way of development belonging to the local context of the small town, and to build its own brand of characteristic culture. In order to solve the current domestic tourism town development in general faced with the problem. The author takes Yushan Town, Lantian County, Shaanxi Province as the object of study, from the point of view of planning and design, starting from the four aspects of the town's regional context, business style, overall spatial structure and architectural style. Through the collection of documents, field investigation, summary, comparative analysis and other methods to establish a framework, get the tourism town development optimization measures, Finally, the author personally participated in the design of Yushan new Taoyuan cultural tourism town planning and design, so as to provide more towns to be developed ideas and reference, so that the vitality of historical and cultural towns have been continued.
