【摘要】：新的科學(xué)技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)及應(yīng)用為智能化的實現(xiàn)打造了技術(shù)基礎(chǔ),從而將人類帶入到智能時代。智能家居的出現(xiàn)及廣泛應(yīng)用就是得益于新的技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)及應(yīng)用。在本論文的研究中將以智能家居為主要研究對象,但由于廣義的智能家居是指一種居家環(huán)境,相對比較抽象,難以用比較定量的方式或方法進(jìn)行研究,所以此論文中將以狹義層面的智能家居作為主要的研究對象,狹義層面的智能家居主要是指由用戶、智能家居相關(guān)設(shè)備及環(huán)境組成的集合。本論文旨在從信息角度分析智能家居的工作流程,進(jìn)而從信息控制角度歸納出用戶對智能家居的使用體驗的提升方式與方法。在本論文中將以信息為研究內(nèi)容的信息科學(xué)及其控制理論應(yīng)用到智能家居的工作原理分析中,最終通過分析并歸納出用戶與智能家居之間的信息交互機(jī)制模型,即:用戶與智能家居之間的交互接口,進(jìn)而從信息認(rèn)知角度對端口進(jìn)行設(shè)計,以減少用戶在使用智能家居過程中產(chǎn)生的認(rèn)知摩擦,進(jìn)而提升用戶對智能家居的使用體驗。本論文通過文獻(xiàn)查閱法查閱了大量關(guān)于信息科學(xué)控制論、智能家居等相關(guān)資料、書籍、刊物;歸納與演繹的定性分析方法分析了人類工具的發(fā)展、智能家居的信息工作實質(zhì)等;交叉研究方法將信息控制引入到智能家居的體驗設(shè)計中等等的研究方法,旨在通過合理的研究方法對論文的研究內(nèi)容作出嚴(yán)格、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究,以免因研究方法的原因?qū)е抡撐难芯拷Y(jié)果偏離論文的研究目的。論文最后從信息及信息控制角度提出了提升用戶對智能家居使用體驗的方式與方法,從而驗證了信息及信息控制是提升用戶對智能家居使用體驗的一種有效手段。而信息科學(xué)及其控制論是從科學(xué)理論層面對信息的研究、歸納和總結(jié),所以將其引入到論文的論述中,作為重要的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The emergence and application of new science and technology have created the technical foundation for intelligent realization, thus bringing human to the age of intelligence. The emergence and wide application of smart home is benefited from the emergence and application of new technology. A kind of home environment is relatively abstract, it is difficult to use a relatively quantitative method or method to study, so this paper will take a narrow sense of smart home as the main research object. The narrow sense of smart home is mainly composed of users, intelligent home related equipment and environment. This paper aims at the angle of information. This paper analyzes the working process of smart home, and then sums up the ways and methods for the user to improve the use experience of smart home from the angle of information control. In this paper, information science and its control theory are applied to the working principle analysis of smart home in this paper. Finally, the user and intelligence are analyzed and summed up. The interactive mechanism model between home and home, that is, the interaction interface between the user and the smart home, then designs the port from the information cognition point of view in order to reduce the user's cognitive friction in the process of using the smart home, and then improve the user's experience of using the smart home. About information science control theory, intelligent home and other related materials, books, publications, inductive and deductive qualitative analysis method analysis the development of human tools, the essence of the information work of smart home, and so on. Cross research method introduces information control into the experience design of smart home and so on, aiming at the rational research side. The paper makes strict and standard research on the research content of the paper so as not to cause the research results of the paper to deviate from the research purpose of the paper. Finally, the paper puts forward the ways and methods to improve the user's experience on the smart home from the information and information control point of view, thus verifying that information and information control is the promotion of the user. The information science and its cybernetics are the research, induction and summary of information science and its cybernetics from the scientific theory level. Therefore, it is introduced into the treatise of the paper as an important theoretical basis.
