我國新型建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展制約因素及對策研究

【摘要】:在我國快速發(fā)展城鎮(zhèn)化的背景下,傳統(tǒng)的高耗能、高污染的施工工藝及勞動力匱乏等問題越來越突出。為此,我國進(jìn)一步加大推進(jìn)新型建筑工業(yè)化的力度。然而,由于唐山大地震及汶川地震對我國建筑的破壞程度較大導(dǎo)致人們對于工業(yè)化的認(rèn)可程度不高,同時,加之建筑工業(yè)化起步較晚、技術(shù)不成熟等原因,我國的新型建筑工業(yè)化推行遇到瓶頸。本文即圍繞如何保證建筑工業(yè)化持續(xù)健康地發(fā)展這一主題,從發(fā)展的角度分析并試圖尋求到新型建筑工業(yè)化可能會遇到的影響因素,并運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的原理,對新型建筑工業(yè)化影響因素做深入的分析,找出影響我國新型建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵制約因素。首先,本文深入剖析了建筑工業(yè)化及新型建筑工業(yè)化等相關(guān)概念的內(nèi)涵及區(qū)別,并論述了我國新型建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展的必要性與可行性。其次,梳理了日本、美國、新加坡三國的建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展歷程及其成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)對我國的啟示,同時,介紹了我國建筑工業(yè)化的發(fā)展歷程及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。然后,通過文獻(xiàn)研究首次提取并運(yùn)用專家評估法進(jìn)行二次修正,最終確定了影響我國新型建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展的70個影響因素。在此基礎(chǔ)上,考慮到問卷調(diào)查制訂的基本原則及應(yīng)提出的研究假設(shè),設(shè)計(jì)出一套符合實(shí)際且具有高信度的調(diào)查問卷。接著,通過對問卷的發(fā)放、回收、篩選、檢驗(yàn)等手段,共取得70×146個有效數(shù)據(jù)。再次,運(yùn)用主成分分析法以問卷調(diào)查取得的數(shù)據(jù)為變量進(jìn)行線性變換等手段,提取到影響我國新型建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵制約因素。具體概括為:①新型建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展的政策體系;②新型建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展的部品體系;③新型建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展的技術(shù)體系;④新型建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展的造價體系;⑤新型建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展的市場鏈條。最后,本文針對這些關(guān)鍵制約因素提供了相應(yīng)的實(shí)施對策與建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of rapid development of urbanization in China, the traditional problems of high energy consumption, high pollution construction technology and shortage of labor force are becoming more and more prominent. For this reason, our country further strengthens the strength that promotes new building industrialization. However, due to the large destruction degree of the Tangshan earthquake and the Wenchuan earthquake to the buildings in our country, the degree of recognition for the industrialization is not high, at the same time, the industrialization of the building starts relatively late, the technology is not mature and so on. China's new building industrialization encountered bottlenecks. Based on the theme of how to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of architectural industrialization, this paper analyzes and tries to find out the possible influence factors of new-type building industrialization from the perspective of development, and applies the principle of statistical analysis. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the factors affecting the industrialization of new buildings, and finds out the key restricting factors that affect the development of industrialization of new buildings in China. First of all, this paper deeply analyzes the connotation and difference of related concepts, such as architectural industrialization and new-type construction industrialization, and discusses the necessity and feasibility of the development of new-type building industrialization in China. Secondly, the paper combs the development course and successful experience of architecture industrialization in Japan, America and Singapore. At the same time, it introduces the development course and present situation of construction industrialization in our country. Then, through the literature research, the author firstly extracts and uses the expert evaluation method to carry on the secondary revision, and finally determines the 70 influencing factors that affect the development of the new building industrialization in our country. On this basis, taking into account the basic principles of the questionnaire survey and the research hypotheses that should be put forward, a set of questionnaire with high confidence is designed. Then, 70 脳 146 valid data were obtained by means of questionnaire distribution, recovery, screening and inspection. Thirdly, by means of linear transformation of the data obtained by the questionnaire survey, the main component analysis is used to extract the key restricting factors that affect the development of the new building industrialization in China. It is summed up in detail as the policy system for the development of new type building industrialization and the part system for the development of new type building industrialization, the technical system for the development of new type building industrialization and the cost system for the development of new type building industrialization; The market chain of the industrialization development of new construction. Finally, this paper provides the corresponding implementation countermeasures and suggestions for these key constraints.
