冷彎薄壁型鋼-秸稈草磚組合結(jié)構(gòu)受力性能研究

【摘要】:秸稈的利用方式有很多,包括造紙,焚燒發(fā)電,飼料,產(chǎn)沼氣,肥料,燃料,建筑材料等。其中草磚作為一種以秸稈為原料用于建筑的圍護(hù)承重的建筑材料具有其它材料無(wú)法比擬的優(yōu)勢(shì)。例如,利用秸稈草磚替代浪費(fèi)土地資源和能耗較高的傳統(tǒng)磚,每塊草磚可替代82塊粘土實(shí)心磚[3]。草磚建筑的優(yōu)點(diǎn)有,建設(shè)成本低,能源效率高,保溫性能好,提高屋內(nèi)空氣品質(zhì),調(diào)節(jié)草磚房室內(nèi)溫度,能保持較好的適合健康居住的空氣品質(zhì).闡述了秸稈草磚建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,包括承重墻體和非承重墻體,以及他們的受力性能。介紹了抵抗水平力的系桿和秸稈磚的互連、秸稈磚與支撐結(jié)構(gòu)的連接。并分析了草磚墻體的破壞模式。測(cè)算了冷彎薄壁型鋼的承載能力。主要闡述了冷彎薄壁型鋼組合結(jié)構(gòu)的模型,利用有限元軟件進(jìn)行模擬。對(duì)結(jié)果的理論分析以及材料的屬性的分析.秸稈草磚可以大大提高冷彎薄壁型鋼墻體的穩(wěn)定性,提高墻體的承載力,也可以減小局部的屈曲。以安圖縣一示范建筑作為研究對(duì)象,介紹了冷彎薄壁型鋼-秸稈草磚組合結(jié)構(gòu)的施工方法以及鋼梁、鋼柱、樓蓋、墻體、樓板、支撐、等構(gòu)件。并對(duì)組合墻體進(jìn)行有限元分析,分析結(jié)果表明草磚作為一種柔性材料可以有效提高結(jié)構(gòu)的整體穩(wěn)定性,并可承擔(dān)一定的荷載。
[Abstract]:Straw is used in many ways, including papermaking, burning electricity, feed, biogas, fertilizer, fuel, building materials and so on. Straw brick, as a kind of building material with straw as raw material, has unparalleled advantages over other materials. For example, straw straw brick is used to replace the traditional brick, which wastes land resources and consumes more energy, and each straw brick can replace 82 solid clay bricks [3]. The advantages of straw brick building are low construction cost, high energy efficiency, good thermal insulation performance, improving indoor air quality, regulating indoor temperature of grass brick house, and keeping good air quality suitable for healthy living. The structure system of straw brick building, including load-bearing wall and non-load-bearing wall, and their mechanical properties are expounded. The interconnection of tie bar and straw brick to resist horizontal force and the connection between straw brick and supporting structure are introduced. The failure mode of straw brick wall is analyzed. The bearing capacity of cold-formed thin-walled steel is calculated. The model of cold-formed thin-walled steel composite structure is described and simulated by finite element software. The theoretical analysis of the results and the analysis of the properties of the materials. Straw brick can greatly improve the stability of cold-formed thin-walled steel wall, increase the bearing capacity of the wall, but also reduce the local buckling. Taking a demonstration building in Antu County as the research object, this paper introduces the construction method of cold-formed thin-walled steel-straw brick composite structure and its components, such as steel beam, steel column, floor, wall, floor, support and so on. The finite element analysis of the composite wall shows that the straw brick as a flexible material can effectively improve the overall stability of the structure and can bear certain loads.
