長春市居住區(qū)聲環(huán)境研究

【摘要】:居住區(qū)環(huán)境主要涵蓋自然環(huán)境要素和社會生活要素,自然環(huán)境要素包括水、空氣、聲、光、熱環(huán)境等。居住區(qū)聲環(huán)境已經成為居住區(qū)環(huán)境的重要組成部分,聲環(huán)境是評價健康住宅的重要指標之一。居住區(qū)聲環(huán)境的優(yōu)劣,直接影響到人們的居住舒適程度。居住區(qū)是人們生活、休息、休閑的主要場所,人們理想中的居住區(qū)環(huán)境應該是安靜、舒適的。但是城市交通的快速擴張、噪聲源的增加,使我國的居住區(qū)聲環(huán)境不盡如人意。噪聲嚴重地干擾了人們正常的生活,危害人們的健康。城市中對噪聲投訴已經成為環(huán)境污染投訴的第一位。因此我們有必要對居住區(qū)的聲環(huán)境進行研究,探討改善的可能性。本文通過資料分析和調查研究,總結了國內外聲環(huán)境的現(xiàn)狀;綜述了噪聲對人的影響;總結了城市噪聲的類型和特點;對我國與居住區(qū)聲環(huán)境相關的標準和規(guī)范進行了介紹;通過長春市現(xiàn)有居住區(qū)的聲環(huán)境的問卷調查,對長春市居住區(qū)聲環(huán)境進行了分析和總結;結合嚴寒地區(qū)的實際情況,探討了改善嚴寒地區(qū)居住區(qū)聲環(huán)境的一些可行方法,提出合理的優(yōu)化聲環(huán)境的建議,為今后的居住區(qū)設計提供參考依據(jù),以不斷提高我國居住區(qū)聲環(huán)境質量。
[Abstract]:The environment of residential area mainly includes the elements of natural environment and social life. The elements of natural environment include water, air, sound, light, thermal environment and so on. The sound environment of residential area has become an important part of residential environment, and sound environment is one of the important indexes to evaluate healthy residence. The sound environment of residential area has a direct impact on people's living comfort. Residential area is the main place of people's life, rest and leisure, people's ideal residential environment should be quiet and comfortable. However, with the rapid expansion of urban traffic and the increase of noise sources, the sound environment of residential areas in China is unsatisfactory. Noise seriously interferes with people's normal life and endangers people's health. Noise complaints in cities have become the first environmental pollution complaints. Therefore, we need to study the sound environment of residential areas and explore the possibility of improvement. This paper summarizes the present situation of sound environment at home and abroad, summarizes the influence of noise on human beings, summarizes the types and characteristics of urban noise, and introduces the standards and norms related to the sound environment of residential areas in China. Based on the questionnaire survey of sound environment in existing residential areas in Changchun, this paper analyzes and summarizes the sound environment of residential areas in Changchun, and discusses some feasible methods to improve the sound environment of residential areas in severe cold areas. The paper puts forward reasonable suggestions of optimizing sound environment, which can provide reference basis for the design of residential area in the future, so as to continuously improve the sound environment quality of residential area in our country.
