【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,縣域商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)逐步走向城市化的道路,縣域商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的規(guī)劃成為滿足城鎮(zhèn)居民日益增長(zhǎng)的消費(fèi)水平、改善生活環(huán)境、拉動(dòng)整體經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)鍵。本文的研究目的在于設(shè)計(jì)適合河北省縣域商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的規(guī)劃方案,建立灰色關(guān)聯(lián)匹配模型,輔助商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的區(qū)位選擇,實(shí)現(xiàn)商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的合理規(guī)劃,結(jié)合實(shí)際案例對(duì)方案的操作進(jìn)行演示,驗(yàn)證方案的可行性。首先,從研究背景和研究意義入手,闡述縣域商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)規(guī)劃的重要性和必要性。對(duì)商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的影響因素、商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局、商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)中心等級(jí)劃分等國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理,總結(jié)現(xiàn)有商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)規(guī)劃方面的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和不足。其次,對(duì)商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)、灰色關(guān)聯(lián)的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡述,奠定本文的理論基礎(chǔ)。為提出合理的河北省縣域商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)規(guī)劃方案,運(yùn)用聚類分析法對(duì)河北省縣(市)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平劃分等級(jí),分析出河北省縣域商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀找出網(wǎng)點(diǎn)規(guī)劃的影響因素,并對(duì)商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)規(guī)劃方案設(shè)計(jì)提出新的思路。再次,在縣域商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和影響因素的基礎(chǔ)之上,提出縣域商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)規(guī)劃方案,并在方案中引入灰色關(guān)聯(lián)匹配模型,通過(guò)灰色關(guān)聯(lián)和歐氏距離方法解決選址的不確定性問(wèn)題。最后,從局部規(guī)劃出發(fā),利用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)匹配模型實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)縣域商業(yè)中心、區(qū)域商業(yè)中心、社區(qū)商業(yè)和商業(yè)街的布局規(guī)劃,演示方案實(shí)施的過(guò)程,驗(yàn)證方案的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the development of the social economy, the county commercial network gradually moves towards the road of urbanization. The planning of the county commercial network has become the key to meet the increasing consumption level of the urban residents, improve the living environment and pull the whole economy. The purpose of this paper is to design a plan suitable for the county commercial network in Hebei province and establish a grey system. The correlation matching model, auxiliary business network location selection, the realization of the reasonable planning of commercial network, the demonstration of the operation of the scheme combined with the actual cases, to verify the feasibility of the scheme. First, starting with the research background and research significance, this paper expounds the importance and necessity of the county business network planning. Network layout, commercial network center grade division and other domestic and foreign research status, summarize the advantages and disadvantages of existing commercial network planning. Secondly, the basic knowledge of commercial network, grey related related basic knowledge are elaborated, and the theoretical basis of this paper is laid, and a reasonable plan for Hebei County commercial network planning is put forward. Using cluster analysis method to classify the level of economic development in Hebei county (city), analyze the development status of County commercial network in Hebei Province, find out the influencing factors of network planning according to the present situation, and put forward new ideas for the design of commercial network planning scheme. In the county business network planning scheme, the grey relational matching model is introduced in the scheme, and the uncertainty of the location is solved through the grey correlation and Euclidean distance method. Finally, the layout of the county business center, the regional commercial center, the community business and the commercial street is implemented by the grey correlation matching model. Show the implementation process of the scheme to verify the feasibility of the scheme.
