舊工業(yè)建筑綠色節(jié)能改造技術(shù)的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展和變化,我國(guó)大量閑置的舊工業(yè)建筑面臨著更新改造的命運(yùn),且伴隨著生態(tài)危機(jī)的出現(xiàn),傳統(tǒng)舊工業(yè)建筑的改造方式已不能滿足社會(huì)的需求,舊工業(yè)建筑的改造迫切需要注入新的力量——綠色節(jié)能理念。對(duì)舊工業(yè)建筑綠色節(jié)能改造技術(shù)的研究是母庸置疑的,但是如何建立一套系統(tǒng)、客觀、公正的綠色評(píng)價(jià)體系同樣重要,本論文正是圍繞著舊工業(yè)建筑綠色節(jié)能改造技術(shù)與評(píng)價(jià)體系的主題,建立一套完整的綠色評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)價(jià)模型,并推進(jìn)舊工業(yè)綠色節(jié)能改造的發(fā)展。本論文主要闡述了以下內(nèi)容:(1)通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)研我國(guó)現(xiàn)有的舊工業(yè)建筑節(jié)能改造技術(shù)和對(duì)現(xiàn)行的《綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》GB/T50378-2014中的條文進(jìn)行拆解,對(duì)建構(gòu)舊工業(yè)建筑節(jié)能改造技術(shù)的綠色評(píng)價(jià)體系的影響因素進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的剖析;(2)根據(jù)舊工業(yè)建筑節(jié)能改造技術(shù)關(guān)鍵因素及綠色評(píng)價(jià)體系的構(gòu)建原則,建立了綠色評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,依據(jù)層次分析法的計(jì)算和判斷原則,確定出該綠色評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的權(quán)重,最后采用模糊物元綜合評(píng)價(jià)法建立評(píng)價(jià)模型,對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)的等級(jí)進(jìn)行確認(rèn);(3)通過(guò)對(duì)南海意庫(kù)3#樓改造進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),應(yīng)用已構(gòu)建完成的舊工業(yè)建筑節(jié)能改造技術(shù)綠色評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,利用綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型對(duì)南海意庫(kù)3#樓進(jìn)行綠色等級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)。本論文研究構(gòu)建了一套完整的舊工業(yè)建筑節(jié)能改造技術(shù)綠色評(píng)價(jià)體系,同時(shí)構(gòu)建了評(píng)價(jià)模型。該研究成果為我國(guó)舊工業(yè)建筑綠色節(jié)能改造的研究提供可靠的理論基礎(chǔ),并對(duì)舊工業(yè)建筑節(jié)能改造技術(shù)的應(yīng)用和發(fā)展起到指導(dǎo)性意義。建立了舊工業(yè)建筑節(jié)能改造技術(shù)的綠色量化評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,揭示了舊工業(yè)建筑節(jié)能改造技術(shù)與綠色評(píng)價(jià)目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)的關(guān)聯(lián)性,并進(jìn)行了工程實(shí)例應(yīng)用與驗(yàn)證,具有良好的可操作性。
[Abstract]:With the development and change of industrial structure, a large number of idle old industrial buildings in China are facing the fate of renewal and transformation, and with the emergence of ecological crisis, the transformation of traditional old industrial buildings can no longer meet the needs of society. The transformation of old industrial buildings urgently needs to inject new strength-green energy-saving idea. The research on green energy-saving transformation technology of old industrial buildings is questionable, but how to set up a set of system, objective and fair green evaluation system is equally important. This paper focuses on the theme of green energy saving reconstruction technology and evaluation system of old industrial buildings, establishes a set of green evaluation index system and evaluation model, and promotes the development of green energy saving transformation of old industry. This paper mainly describes the following contents: 1) through the field investigation of the existing old industrial building energy-saving transformation technology and the current "Green Building Evaluation Standards" GB/T50378-2014 provisions of the disassembly, This paper analyzes the influence factors of green evaluation system for energy saving and retrofitting technology of old industrial buildings systematically. According to the key factors of energy saving reconstruction technology of old industrial buildings and the construction principle of green evaluation system, a green evaluation index system is established. According to the calculation and judgment principle of Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the weight of the green evaluation index system is determined. Finally, the fuzzy matter-element comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the evaluation model. The grade of evaluation is confirmed and the green evaluation index system of energy-saving retrofit technology of old industrial buildings has been constructed by evaluating the reconstruction of Yikou3# building in the South China Sea. A comprehensive evaluation model is used to evaluate the green grade of Yikou3# building in the South China Sea. In this paper, a complete green evaluation system of energy saving transformation technology of old industrial buildings is constructed, and an evaluation model is constructed. The research results provide a reliable theoretical basis for the study of green energy-saving transformation of old industrial buildings in China, and play a guiding role in the application and development of energy-saving transformation technology of old industrial buildings. The green quantitative evaluation index system of energy-saving reconstruction technology of old industrial buildings is established. The relationship between the energy-saving reconstruction technology of old industrial buildings and the realization of green evaluation objectives is revealed, and the application and verification of engineering examples are carried out. It has good maneuverability.
