【摘要】:自2001年以來,我國城鎮(zhèn)化高速發(fā)展,城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)面積大幅增加。新農(nóng)村是伴隨我國城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)發(fā)展,農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)空間形態(tài)重構(gòu)的自然歷史產(chǎn)物,是現(xiàn)代社會治理體系的基本單元,是廣大農(nóng)民平等參與現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程、共同分享現(xiàn)代化成果的重要途徑。我國北方農(nóng)村地域遼闊,冬季寒冷,無集中供熱,以前農(nóng)村冬季供熱依靠燃燒秸稈、薪柴和煤炭,消耗了大量能耗,室內(nèi)舒適性差且污染環(huán)境。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的快速發(fā)展,進(jìn)一步改善住房條件和居住環(huán)境,成為廣大農(nóng)民群眾的夢想和新期待。目前農(nóng)村住宅單位面積用能已超過同氣候帶的城鎮(zhèn)住宅用能,但建筑提供的服務(wù)水平遠(yuǎn)低于城鎮(zhèn)住宅。生物質(zhì)能逐漸被商品能耗所取代,用電量逐年增加。2011年,農(nóng)村建筑商品能耗為1.97億 tce,占建筑總能耗的26.8%。農(nóng)村建筑用能已成為我國建筑能耗的最大的不確定因素。因此有必要對農(nóng)村供熱系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究,解決農(nóng)村冬季采暖和生活熱水的用能需求,同時(shí)也是降低我國建筑能耗的有效手段之一本文以北方寒冷地區(qū)山東青島為代表,對某農(nóng)村進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研、分析。根據(jù)該區(qū)域的地域與氣候特征,結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)村的經(jīng)濟(jì)條件、生活習(xí)慣、施工技術(shù)以及資源狀況,以供熱系統(tǒng)為主線,對建筑結(jié)構(gòu)、圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的保溫性能、太陽能集熱系統(tǒng)、蓄熱系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)等各環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行技術(shù)研究、新材料的合理使用,以低能耗設(shè)計(jì)策略和低成本建造策略為原則,創(chuàng)新集成,設(shè)計(jì)出一套比較完善的供熱系統(tǒng),并進(jìn)行工程應(yīng)用研究,經(jīng)過對比分析,新農(nóng)村的供熱系統(tǒng)能耗低、造價(jià)低,可操作性強(qiáng),具有推廣價(jià)值。論文研究的主要內(nèi)容為:第一部分:通過對我國青島某農(nóng)村當(dāng)前現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析,了解當(dāng)?shù)鼐用竦慕?jīng)濟(jì)條件、生活習(xí)慣及對供熱的需求,我國政府對農(nóng)村能源利用的政策,根據(jù)供熱系統(tǒng)的選擇明確篩選的目標(biāo)和原則,確定太陽能為農(nóng)村供熱系統(tǒng)的最佳選擇,并對當(dāng)前我國利用太陽能供熱現(xiàn)狀的問題進(jìn)行研究,提出本文的研究方向,解決思路。第二部分:從太陽能供熱系統(tǒng)熱負(fù)荷的角度出發(fā),主要從增加冬季建筑得熱和減少建筑失熱兩方面對建筑設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行集成研究,重點(diǎn)對建筑的圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行材料選擇和設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。第三部分:從太陽能系統(tǒng)的集熱系統(tǒng)、蓄熱系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)、輔助系統(tǒng)等方面的新材料、新技術(shù)等進(jìn)行研究,創(chuàng)新集成,設(shè)計(jì)出適合當(dāng)?shù)、并在我國農(nóng)村地區(qū)具有推廣價(jià)值的太陽能供熱系統(tǒng)。第四部分:對工程實(shí)例進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬研究,并對系統(tǒng)的工程造價(jià)和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益進(jìn)行了分析。經(jīng)過對比,該系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)性能較好,尤其適合農(nóng)村地區(qū)推廣利用。
[Abstract]:Since 2001, China's urbanization has developed at a high speed, and the area of urban and rural construction has increased significantly. The new countryside is the natural historical product of the reconstruction of the space form of the rural residential area with the development of urbanization in our country. It is the basic unit of the modern social governance system and the equal participation of the peasants in the modernization process. An important way to share the fruits of modernization. The rural areas in northern China are vast, cold in winter and no centralized heating. In the past, the heating in rural areas depended on burning straw, fuelwood and coal, which consumed a lot of energy consumption, poor indoor comfort and polluted the environment. With the rapid development of economy and society, the further improvement of housing conditions and living environment has become the dream and new expectation of the broad masses of farmers. At present, the energy consumption per unit area of rural residence has exceeded that of urban residence in the same climate zone, but the service level provided by the building is far lower than that of the urban residence. Biomass energy was gradually replaced by commodity energy consumption, and electricity consumption increased year by year. In 2011, the energy consumption of rural building commodities was 197 million tces. accounting for 26.8% of the total building energy consumption. Rural building energy consumption has become the biggest uncertain factor of building energy consumption in China. Therefore, it is necessary to study the rural heating system to solve the energy demand of rural winter heating and domestic hot water, and it is also one of the effective means to reduce the building energy consumption in our country, which is represented by Qingdao, Shandong Province, in the cold area of northern China. To a certain rural area carries on the field investigation, the analysis. According to the regional and climatic characteristics of the region, combined with the local rural economic conditions, living habits, construction technology and resource conditions, taking the heating system as the main line, the thermal insulation performance of the building structure, the enclosure structure, and the solar energy collection system, The heat storage system, control system and other links are studied, and the reasonable use of new materials is carried out. Based on the principle of low energy consumption design strategy and low cost construction strategy, a set of relatively perfect heating system is designed and integrated with innovation and integration. Through comparative analysis, the new rural heating system has low energy consumption, low cost, strong maneuverability, and is worth popularizing. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first part: through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of a rural area in Qingdao, we can understand the local residents' economic conditions, living habits and the demand for heating, and the government's policy on rural energy utilization. According to the selection of heating system, this paper determines that solar energy is the best choice for rural heating system, studies the current situation of solar heating in our country, and puts forward the research direction and solution of this paper. The second part: from the point of view of the heat load of solar heating system, this paper mainly studies the integration of building design from two aspects of increasing the heat gain in winter and reducing the heat loss of the building, and focuses on the material selection and design calculation of the envelope structure of the building. The third part: from the solar energy system collection system, the heat storage system, the control system, the auxiliary system and so on new material, the new technology and so on carries on the research, the innovation integration, designs suits the local, And in our country rural area has popularized the solar energy heating system. In the fourth part, the numerical simulation of engineering example is carried out, and the engineering cost and economic benefit of the system are analyzed. After comparison, the economic performance of the system is better, especially suitable for rural areas.
