超薄壁冷彎型鋼矩形截面鋼管墻架柱-樓層梁連接抗震性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:冷彎薄壁型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的墻架柱與樓層梁連接構(gòu)成空間受力體系,考慮柱的軸壓比和樓層連接處不同構(gòu)造方式,對3組共6個矩形截面鍍鋅鋼管墻架柱與樓層梁的連接試件進(jìn)行了低周往復(fù)加載試驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果表明:墻架柱的軸壓比從0.2增加到0.4時,規(guī)程JGJ 227—2011推薦的連接構(gòu)造試件的屈服、極限和破壞荷載較角鋼加強(qiáng)型連接構(gòu)造試件均降低約20%,但對角鋼加強(qiáng)型連接影響較小;所有連接均發(fā)生延性破壞,極限狀態(tài)時墻架柱損傷很小;柱軸壓比對延性、耗能能力均有一定的影響,因此將未加強(qiáng)的連接用于多層房屋結(jié)構(gòu)時,要引起足夠重視;在角鋼加強(qiáng)型連接中,角鋼厚度對連接試件的承載力影響顯著,故建議對多層冷彎薄壁型鋼房屋中的墻架柱與梁連接,采用厚t≥2 mm的角鋼,與規(guī)程JGJ 227—2011推薦的連接方式相比,其承載力明顯提高,累積耗能能力及屈服耗能能力均較強(qiáng),破壞前試驗(yàn)所經(jīng)歷的荷載循環(huán)級數(shù)增加。
[Abstract]:The connection between the wall frame column and the floor beam of the cold-formed thin-walled steel structure forms the spatial stress system, considering the axial compression ratio of the column and the different construction mode of the floor connection, The low cycle reciprocating loading tests were carried out on three groups of 6 rectangular section galvanized steel pipe wall columns connected with floor beams. The results show that when the axial compression ratio of the wall column increases from 0. 2 to 0. 4, the yield of the connection specimens recommended by JGJ 227-2011 is obtained. The limit and failure loads are about 20% lower than those of angle steel reinforced joint specimens, but have little effect on angle steel reinforced connections; all connections have ductile failure, and the damage of wall frame columns is very small when the limit state is limited, and the ductility of columns is reduced by axial compression ratio. The energy dissipation capacity has certain influence, so when the unstrengthened connection is used in the multi-story building structure, enough attention should be paid to it, and in the angle steel reinforced connection, the angle steel thickness has a significant effect on the bearing capacity of the connection specimen.
