基于BIM技術(shù)深基坑工程信息化施工管理平臺研究

【摘要】:目前,周邊環(huán)境及地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜的深、大基坑工程越來越多,深基坑事故多發(fā),施工風(fēng)險高。根據(jù)相關(guān)統(tǒng)計,設(shè)計和施工原因引起的基坑工程事故比例超過百分之八十,必須充分利用基坑施工過程中各種信息進行綜合分析,及時采取措施以避免事故。BIM技術(shù)能夠高效利用信息,可以利用BIM技術(shù)進行信息化施工。使用Revit與Civil 3D共同建模,可以將基坑支護體系與地質(zhì)分層情況整合至BIM模型中,根據(jù)基坑開挖不斷揭示的土層信息對模型的地質(zhì)情況進行即時更新,并可利用有限元軟件計算基坑的實時穩(wěn)定性,進行動態(tài)設(shè)計,同時將監(jiān)測信息導(dǎo)入管理系統(tǒng)中,采用統(tǒng)計學(xué)、有限元反分析等數(shù)值方法及時對基坑安全狀況進行評估,加強對突發(fā)事故的預(yù)防措施。基于BIM技術(shù)的基坑信息化施工方法可以很大程度地提高信息的利用率。在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計了在基坑工程施工期內(nèi)使用基于BIM技術(shù)的基坑工程信息化施工管理平臺,介紹了該平臺的工作流程與基本架構(gòu),優(yōu)化設(shè)計了的監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)可視化功能。將BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用到實際工程中。結(jié)果表明,BIM技術(shù)對基坑設(shè)計提供了支持,并指導(dǎo)了基坑工程的模擬施工,效果良好。
[Abstract]:At present, the surrounding environment and geological conditions are complex, large foundation pit engineering is more and more, deep foundation pit accidents are frequent, construction risk is high. According to the relevant statistics, the proportion of foundation pit accidents caused by design and construction is more than 80%. It is necessary to make full use of all kinds of information in the process of foundation pit construction for comprehensive analysis. Timely measures are taken to avoid accidents. BIM technology can make use of information efficiently and BIM technology can be used for information construction. With the help of Revit and Civil 3D modeling, the foundation pit support system and geological stratification can be integrated into the BIM model, and the geological conditions of the model can be updated immediately according to the soil information continuously revealed by the excavation of the foundation pit. The real-time stability of foundation pit can be calculated by finite element software, and the dynamic design can be carried out. At the same time, the monitoring information is introduced into the management system, and the safety status of foundation pit is evaluated in time by using the numerical methods such as statistics and finite element back analysis. Strengthen the preventive measures against sudden accidents. The information-based construction method of foundation pit based on BIM technology can greatly improve the utilization rate of information. On this basis, a foundation pit engineering information construction management platform based on BIM technology is designed during the foundation pit construction period. The work flow and basic structure of the platform are introduced, and the visual function of the monitoring system is optimized. The BIM technology is applied to practical engineering. The results show that BIM technology provides support for foundation pit design and instructs the simulation construction of foundation pit engineering, and the effect is good.
