【摘要】：我國(guó)正處于一個(gè)高速發(fā)展期,大型復(fù)雜項(xiàng)目比過(guò)去任何一個(gè)歷史時(shí)期都要多,尤其在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施方面表現(xiàn)尤為明顯。在新的科技、理念下,新建大型項(xiàng)目逐漸呈現(xiàn)出規(guī)模大,技術(shù)復(fù)雜,參見(jiàn)單位眾多,并且除了滿足傳統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量、功能方面的要求,在環(huán)境、生態(tài)、能源、信息方面也提出較高要求。本文將BIM新技術(shù)與精益建造新模式引入大型復(fù)雜項(xiàng)目中,首先分別對(duì)本研究涉及到的BIM技術(shù)、精益建造的國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了綜述。其次,介紹并分析了精益建造的誕生、基礎(chǔ)理論與BIM技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì),并對(duì)基于BIM的進(jìn)度看板、并行工程、精益成本控制進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的理論集成分析。再次,文章從實(shí)施原則、實(shí)施團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、實(shí)施框架建立三個(gè)層級(jí)提出了在大型復(fù)雜項(xiàng)目中應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)與精益建造的實(shí)施策略。最后,以鄭州機(jī)場(chǎng)二期工程為例,闡述了應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)進(jìn)行鄭州機(jī)場(chǎng)二期工程的建模研究,并將基于BIM的精益建造關(guān)鍵技術(shù)集成應(yīng)用于本案例中。文章通過(guò)分析,得出BIM技術(shù)與精益建造集成應(yīng)用在大型復(fù)雜項(xiàng)目中具有無(wú)可比擬的優(yōu)勢(shì),并能有助于推動(dòng)鄭州機(jī)場(chǎng)二期項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)和管理。最后對(duì)于今后的工作需進(jìn)一步加深探討的理論基礎(chǔ)研究方面,集成應(yīng)用范圍與單向應(yīng)用深度等方面提出了總結(jié)與展望。
[Abstract]:China is in a period of rapid development, large complex projects are more than any other historical period, especially in infrastructure. In the new science and technology, the concept, the new large-scale projects gradually take on a large scale, complex technology, see units, and in addition to meet the traditional quality, functional requirements, in the environment, ecology, energy, The information aspect also puts forward the higher request. In this paper, the new technology of BIM and the new mode of lean construction are introduced into large-scale complex projects. Firstly, the related research on BIM technology and lean construction is summarized respectively. Secondly, the birth of lean construction, the advantages of basic theory and BIM technology are introduced and analyzed. The progress Kanban based on BIM, concurrent engineering and lean cost control are analyzed in detail. Thirdly, the paper puts forward the implementation strategy of applying BIM technology and lean construction in large and complex projects from three levels: implementation principle, team building and implementation framework. Finally, taking the second phase project of Zhengzhou Airport as an example, the modeling research of Zhengzhou Airport Phase II project using BIM technology is expounded, and the key technology of lean construction based on BIM is applied in this case. Through analysis, it is concluded that the integrated application of BIM technology and lean construction has unparalleled advantages in large and complex projects, and can help to promote the construction and management of Zhengzhou Airport Phase II project. At last, the conclusion and prospect of the theoretical basic research, integrated application scope and one-way application depth, which need to be further discussed in the future, are put forward.
