機制砂預(yù)拌砂漿生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量控制研究

【摘要】:隨著我國城市化進(jìn)程的不斷深入,預(yù)拌砂漿的市場化進(jìn)程穩(wěn)步向全國推進(jìn)。在市售預(yù)拌砂漿中,全機制砂預(yù)拌砂漿的市場份額越來越高。然而,機制砂本身受限于母巖成分、制砂工藝等因素,導(dǎo)致其性能不穩(wěn)定。不僅如此,現(xiàn)有的預(yù)拌砂漿生產(chǎn)工藝和配合比設(shè)計并未考慮到施工工藝和環(huán)境因素對其性能的影響,并且相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中并未對砂漿在施工現(xiàn)場的存放時間進(jìn)行規(guī)范。因此砂漿在施工現(xiàn)場的存放時間過長、加水重塑現(xiàn)象仍十分普遍,嚴(yán)重的影響抹灰砂漿的質(zhì)量。本論文首先對機制砂級配和石粉含量對預(yù)拌砂漿工作性的影響進(jìn)行了實驗研究,其次研究了外加劑、施工因素對機制砂預(yù)拌砂漿工作性和力學(xué)性能的影響,并通過對砂漿稠度變化的數(shù)值進(jìn)行了回歸擬合,最終獲得稠度變化方程。通過將獲得的實驗結(jié)果和擬合方程進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計,設(shè)計出一個機制砂預(yù)拌砂漿生產(chǎn)軟件,用以判斷和預(yù)測砂漿在各種情況下的稠度發(fā)展規(guī)律和開放時間。實驗得出的主要研究結(jié)論如下:緊密堆積狀態(tài)下的機制砂級配是最合理的。0.075~0.15mm的細(xì)粉顆粒應(yīng)當(dāng)被包含在石粉中,石粉含量的限值應(yīng)當(dāng)為10%,石粉以及0.075~0.15mm的細(xì)顆粒總量應(yīng)在15%~20%區(qū)間內(nèi)。增稠保水劑摻量在0.14~0.21‰之間時砂漿初始稠度及粘性適宜用作抹灰砂漿。摻量為0.43~0.64‰的引氣劑可有效的降低砂漿容重并提高砂漿初始稠度。葡萄糖酸鈉摻量為0.17‰~0.26‰時砂漿開放時間及初始稠度較為合適。粉煤灰對于砂漿的主要作用在于其對于砂漿工作性的提升,對比內(nèi)摻和粉代砂兩種摻入方式,后者對體系提升作用更為明顯。各外加劑對開放時間調(diào)整能力排序如下:緩凝劑≥引氣劑增稠保水劑。溫度高于35℃的砂漿開放時間將縮短一半以上。重塑可以暫時性地提升砂漿的稠度,但重塑后砂漿工作性損失會顯著地加快,且其抗壓會損失30%以上,抗折強度會損失70%以上,且其收縮率會顯著增大。機制砂預(yù)拌砂漿稠度變化擬合方程可以較好地描述指定原材料條件下的砂漿的稠度變化規(guī)律。該方程主要描述稠度變化的早期過程,并通過對于各因素對初始稠度C0和稠度下降速率R的影響來計算砂漿的開放時間最終獲得的擬合方程的相關(guān)系數(shù)均在0.92以上,準(zhǔn)確性較高;谇拔牡膶嶒灲Y(jié)果,機制砂預(yù)拌砂漿生產(chǎn)過程輔助軟件設(shè)計將整個砂漿生產(chǎn)過程分為三個過程,機制砂生產(chǎn)過程、開放時間設(shè)計調(diào)整過程、砂漿強度復(fù)核,配合比輸出過程。綜上所述,相比較混凝土,由于預(yù)拌砂漿適用范圍較為固定,且制備工藝中影響因素較少,因此在限定的條件下定量的對機制砂預(yù)拌砂漿生產(chǎn)進(jìn)行計算可預(yù)判變得可能,同時同時可以為機制砂預(yù)拌砂漿生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量控制提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization in China, the marketization of ready-mixed mortar is advancing steadily to the whole country. In the market ready-mixed mortar, the market share of full-machined sand ready-mixed mortar is higher and higher. However, the mechanism sand itself is limited by the composition of parent rock, sand making process and other factors, which lead to the instability of its performance. Moreover, the existing production process and mix ratio design of ready-mixed mortar do not take into account the influence of construction technology and environmental factors on its performance, and the storage time of mortar in construction site is not standardized in relevant standards. Therefore, the storage time of mortar in the construction site is too long, and the phenomenon of water remolding is still very common, which seriously affects the quality of plastering mortar. In this paper, the effects of the gradation of machine-made sand and the content of stone powder on the workability of ready-mixed mortar are studied experimentally, and then the effects of admixture and construction factors on the workability and mechanical properties of machine-made mortar are studied. Finally, the equation of consistency change is obtained by regression fitting to the change of mortar consistency. Through the statistics of the experimental results and the fitting equation, a software for the production of machine-made sand ready-mixed mortar is designed to judge and predict the regularity of consistency development and the opening time of mortar under various conditions. The main conclusions of the experiment are as follows: the mechanism sand gradation is the most reasonable. 0.075 ~ 0.15mm fine particles should be included in stone powder, the limit value of stone powder content should be 10, and the total fine particles of stone powder and 0.075~0.15mm should be within the range of 15 ~ 20%. The initial consistency and viscosity of mortar are suitable for plastering mortar when the content of thickening water absorbent is 0.14 ~ 0.21 鈥,
