【摘要】：當(dāng)前,城市發(fā)展面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)和機遇。首先,在錯綜復(fù)雜的世界形勢下,戰(zhàn)爭的威脅依然存在,特別是在核威懾背景下的以空襲為主的現(xiàn)代戰(zhàn)爭模式,時刻威脅著人民生命財產(chǎn)安全,因此必須加強人防工程建設(shè),提高城市的防護能力；其次,在城市環(huán)境日益惡化,城市空間擁擠不堪的現(xiàn)狀下,開發(fā)利用城市地下空間已經(jīng)成為實現(xiàn)城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必由之路,其中以地下綜合體的綜合效益較高,發(fā)展速度很快。因此,通過地下綜合體的平戰(zhàn)結(jié)合設(shè)計,將人防工程建設(shè)與地下綜合體建設(shè)有機融合,既有利于人防工程建設(shè)、國防力量的增強,又有利于城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,充分發(fā)揮戰(zhàn)備效益、經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益,維持城市安全、有序、高效的運轉(zhuǎn)。本論文選擇地下綜合體的平戰(zhàn)結(jié)合設(shè)計作為研究課題,在城市地下空間開發(fā)利用蓬勃發(fā)展與人防工程建設(shè)以“平戰(zhàn)結(jié)合”設(shè)計為指導(dǎo)方針的背景下,從城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展的高度,系統(tǒng)的論述了平戰(zhàn)結(jié)合地下綜合體的發(fā)展演變和設(shè)計特點。對地下綜合體的實例進行調(diào)研分析,廣泛搜集資料,整理歸納,并從功能、空間、交通、出入口設(shè)計、防火設(shè)計、平戰(zhàn)功能轉(zhuǎn)換措施等六個方面展開討論,建立一個相對系統(tǒng)全面的研究框架。第一章,介紹課題研究的背景和相關(guān)概念涵義以及發(fā)展綜述,基于我國城市面臨的現(xiàn)代戰(zhàn)爭威脅和城市問題的挑戰(zhàn),梳理人防工程建設(shè)、城市地下空間開發(fā)利用、地下綜合體建設(shè)和地下綜合體的平戰(zhàn)結(jié)合設(shè)計建設(shè)的邏輯脈絡(luò),分析地下綜合體的平戰(zhàn)結(jié)合設(shè)計研究的可行性和必要性。第二章選取地下綜合體的實例,主要是南京市大行宮地下綜合體和新街口地區(qū)地下綜合體的實例,從功能和空間設(shè)計、防火疏散和平戰(zhàn)轉(zhuǎn)換措施等方面分析研究,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)平戰(zhàn)結(jié)合設(shè)計的經(jīng)驗和方法,矛盾和問題。第三章,整理歸納相關(guān)設(shè)計策略和方法,從功能、空間、交通、出入口、防火設(shè)計、平戰(zhàn)轉(zhuǎn)換措施六個方面展開討論,建立地下綜合體的平戰(zhàn)結(jié)合設(shè)計的研究框架,探索地下綜合體的社會效益、經(jīng)濟效益與戰(zhàn)備效益的結(jié)合點。第四章,總結(jié)論文的結(jié)論,提出建議,展望未來發(fā)展趨勢并指出日后仍需完善的研究方向。
[Abstract]:At present, urban development is facing new challenges and opportunities. First of all, under the complicated world situation, the threat of war still exists, especially in the context of nuclear deterrence, the modern mode of war with air strikes as the main threat to the safety of people's lives and property at all times. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of civil air defense projects. Secondly, under the condition of deteriorating urban environment and overcrowded urban space, the development and utilization of urban underground space has become the only way to realize the sustainable development of the city. Among them, the comprehensive benefit of underground complex is higher and the speed of development is fast. Therefore, the combination of civil air defense engineering construction and underground complex construction through the combination of peacetime and wartime design of underground complex is not only conducive to civil air defense engineering construction, national defense strength enhancement, but also conducive to the sustainable development of the city. Give full play to operational readiness, economic and social benefits, and maintain a safe, orderly and efficient operation of the city. This paper chooses the combination design of the underground complex as the research subject, under the background of the vigorous development of the urban underground space development and civil air defense engineering construction with the "combination of peacetime and war" design as the guiding principle, from the height of the sustainable development of the city. The development, evolution and design characteristics of the underground complex combined with peacetime and war are discussed systematically. Through investigation and analysis of examples of underground complex, extensive collection of data, arrangement and induction, and discussion from six aspects, such as function, space, traffic, entrance and exit design, fire prevention design, function conversion measures for peacetime and combat, etc. To establish a relatively systematic and comprehensive research framework. The first chapter introduces the background of the research, the concept and the development of the research. Based on the threat of modern war and the challenge of urban problems, the civil air defense engineering construction, the development and utilization of urban underground space are combed. This paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the design and research on the combination of peacetime and wartime design of underground complex. In the second chapter, the examples of underground complex are selected, which are mainly the examples of the underground complex of Daxinggong in Nanjing and the underground complex in Xinjiekou area. It is analyzed and studied from the aspects of function and space design, fire prevention, evacuation and peaceful combat conversion measures, etc. Find out the experience and methods, contradictions and problems in the design. In the third chapter, the related design strategies and methods are summarized and discussed from six aspects: function, space, traffic, entrance and exit, fire prevention design, peacetime and wartime conversion measures, and the research framework of the combination of peacetime and wartime design of underground complex is established. To explore the social benefit of underground complex, the combination of economic benefit and combat readiness benefit. Chapter four summarizes the conclusion of the paper, puts forward some suggestions, looks forward to the future development trend and points out the research direction that still needs to be perfected in the future.
