寒冷地區(qū)城市居住區(qū)冬季室外熱環(huán)境研究

【摘要】:居住區(qū)熱環(huán)境是居住區(qū)環(huán)境中各種熱工因素的綜合表現(xiàn)。由太陽輻射、空氣溫度和空氣濕度以及風(fēng)等要素構(gòu)成,它與氣候因子、建筑布局、水景和植物綠化的分布及生活消耗能源產(chǎn)生的能量等方面有關(guān),是多種因素相互作用的結(jié)果。對(duì)居住區(qū)的熱環(huán)境進(jìn)行研究能夠獲得其規(guī)模和結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展軌跡。隨著人們對(duì)生活舒適度,綠色健康和安全性需求的增長,居住區(qū)熱環(huán)境的優(yōu)劣已是綠色循環(huán)發(fā)展的必需條件,增強(qiáng)人們關(guān)于熱環(huán)境方面的知識(shí)也是實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要環(huán)節(jié)。此次研究以寒冷地區(qū)代表城市西安的居住區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了居住區(qū)室外熱環(huán)境的構(gòu)成要素,分析了影響因子,從寒冷地區(qū)住區(qū)建筑熱環(huán)境角度出發(fā),利用建筑被動(dòng)式原則,研究營造室外風(fēng)環(huán)境、如何高效利用太陽輻射能量、等改善室外熱環(huán)境的辦法,對(duì)居住區(qū)進(jìn)行總體設(shè)計(jì),從兩棟相鄰建筑,到建筑組團(tuán)布局,再到居住小區(qū)規(guī)劃,由小及大地對(duì)室外風(fēng)環(huán)境、室外輻射溫度場(chǎng)進(jìn)行模擬分析并提出設(shè)計(jì)策略。并以寒冷地區(qū)城市冬季氣候特點(diǎn)、居民日常行為方式以及室外熱舒適評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)為基礎(chǔ),初步提出居住區(qū)室外熱環(huán)境的主要評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),為寒冷地區(qū)城市居住區(qū)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)提供策略和參考。并采用CFD軟件模擬的方式,從兩棟相鄰建筑、局部建筑組團(tuán)和城市居住區(qū)出發(fā),對(duì)室外風(fēng)環(huán)境和室外輻射溫度場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了模擬分析,比較了不同體量、不同朝向、不同組團(tuán)形式和不同規(guī)劃布局,由小到大、由單體到整個(gè)住區(qū)的室外風(fēng)環(huán)境和溫度場(chǎng)分布特征,并將兩者相結(jié)合,得出變量因素與室外熱環(huán)境之間的相互規(guī)律,提出了基本的設(shè)計(jì)策略和方案,并通過實(shí)例分析和優(yōu)化,為進(jìn)一步討論怎么樣對(duì)居住區(qū)的熱環(huán)境進(jìn)行改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化提出了方法和思路,對(duì)增加居民生活的舒適程度和減少建筑所產(chǎn)生的能源消耗等方方面面都有十分重要的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Residential thermal environment is the comprehensive performance of various thermal factors in residential environment.It is composed of solar radiation, air temperature, air humidity and wind. It is related to climatic factors, architectural layout, distribution of waterscape and plant greening and energy generated by daily energy consumption. It is the result of interaction of many factors.The research on thermal environment of residential area can obtain the development track of its scale and structure.With the increase of people's demand for living comfort, green health and safety, the quality of thermal environment in residential area is the necessary condition for the development of green cycle, and it is also an important link to realize sustainable development to strengthen people's knowledge about thermal environment.On the basis of previous studies, the paper summarized the elements of outdoor thermal environment of residential areas, analyzed the influence factors, and proceeded from the perspective of architectural thermal environment of residential areas in cold regions.Based on the passive principle of building, this paper studies how to build the outdoor wind environment, how to utilize solar radiation energy efficiently, and how to improve the outdoor thermal environment. The overall design of residential area is carried out, from two adjacent buildings to the building group layout.Then to the residential district planning, the outdoor wind environment and outdoor radiation temperature field are simulated and analyzed by small and earth, and the design strategy is put forward.Based on the characteristics of winter climate, the daily behavior of residents and the evaluation index of outdoor thermal comfort in cold regions, the main evaluation indexes of outdoor thermal environment of residential areas are put forward preliminarily.Provides the strategy and the reference for the urban residential area planning and design in the cold area.Based on the simulation of two adjacent buildings, local buildings and urban residential areas, the outdoor wind environment and outdoor radiation temperature field are simulated and analyzed by using CFD software, and different body mass and orientation are compared.From small to large, the distribution characteristics of outdoor wind environment and temperature field from single unit to the whole residential area are obtained from different group form and different planning layout, and the mutual rules between variable factors and outdoor thermal environment are obtained by combining the two.This paper puts forward the basic design strategy and scheme, and puts forward the methods and ideas for further discussing how to improve and optimize the thermal environment of residential areas through the analysis and optimization of examples.It has very important reference value for increasing the comfort degree of the residents and reducing the energy consumption caused by the building.
