膠帶運輸機機罩風(fēng)壓特性風(fēng)洞試驗研究

【摘要】:通過剛性模型測壓風(fēng)洞試驗測量了鋼鐵廠用于運輸?shù)V石等原材料的膠帶運輸機機罩在不同傾角工況下的表面風(fēng)壓時程,研究了內(nèi)部節(jié)段和端部節(jié)段的平均風(fēng)壓、脈動風(fēng)壓和最不利風(fēng)壓分布規(guī)律。試驗結(jié)果表明,內(nèi)部節(jié)段和端部節(jié)段的平均風(fēng)壓和脈動風(fēng)壓分布具有一定的相似性。風(fēng)向角對模型平均風(fēng)壓和脈動風(fēng)壓分布具有比較顯著的影響,機罩傾角對其影響較小。端部節(jié)段的開口效應(yīng)和三維繞流特性使其平均風(fēng)壓、脈動風(fēng)壓和最不利風(fēng)壓分布較內(nèi)部節(jié)段具有顯著的差異。端部節(jié)段的最不利風(fēng)壓系數(shù)較內(nèi)部節(jié)段顯著不利,最不利正負風(fēng)壓系數(shù)最大值分別是內(nèi)部節(jié)段相應(yīng)值的1.5倍和2.7倍。
[Abstract]:The surface wind pressure time history of belt conveyor cover used to transport ore and other raw materials in iron and steel plant was measured by rigid model pressure measurement wind tunnel test. The mean wind pressure of internal segment and end segment was studied.Distribution of fluctuating wind pressure and most unfavorable wind pressure.The experimental results show that the distribution of mean wind pressure and pulsating wind pressure in the internal segment and the end segment are similar to each other.The wind direction angle has a significant effect on the average wind pressure and pulsating wind pressure distribution of the model, and the inclination angle of the hood has little effect on the distribution of wind pressure and pulsating wind pressure.The distribution of mean wind pressure, pulsating wind pressure and the most unfavorable wind pressure in the end segment is significantly different from that in the internal segment due to the opening effect of the end segment and the characteristics of the three-dimensional flow around the end segment.The most unfavorable wind pressure coefficient of the end segment is significantly less than that of the inner segment. The maximum value of the most unfavorable positive and negative wind pressure coefficient is 1.5 times and 2.7 times of the corresponding value of the internal segment, respectively.
