【摘要】：歷史建筑越來越多的得到政府和各界人士的關注與重視。因此,國家組織相關部門和相關專家們制定出大量的歷史建筑價值評價方法。利用相應的歷史建筑價值評價方法對歷史建筑價值作出評價,對歷史建筑進行分級并實施各級別的保護措施。本文通過閱讀大量文獻總結國內外歷史建筑價值評價流程和評價方法,并分析論述出歷史建筑價值評價流程與方法中,存在著一種共同的方法即以專家主觀評價為主的專家調查法。為了使得歷史建筑價值評價更加科學、真實,引入信度與效度檢測方法對歷史建筑價值評價中的專家調查法進行檢驗。通過剖析信度和效度檢測方法,尋求適合于歷史建筑價值評價中專家調查法檢測方法。分析信度和效度檢測方法應用于專家調查法中存在的特殊性,不僅要對專家調查法的信度和效度檢驗,還應對專家調查法中的評價主體檢驗。通過整合專家對歷史建筑價值評價指標權重賦值的數(shù)據,分析評價主體選取層面應更加全面綜合。以專家對歷史建筑實例進行價值評價,整合評價數(shù)據。以信度和效度檢驗方法檢驗通過專家調查法得出的相應數(shù)據,計算相關信度系數(shù)與效度系數(shù),通過對所計算出的信度系數(shù)和效度系數(shù)與標準值進行比較,從而闡述專家調查法的信度和效度檢測結果,期望在今后的研究中能夠提供參考。
[Abstract]:More and more historical buildings are concerned and valued by the government and people from all walks of life.Therefore, the relevant departments of national organizations and relevant experts to develop a large number of historical building value evaluation methods.This paper evaluates the value of historical buildings by using the corresponding methods of value evaluation of historical buildings, classifies historical buildings and carries out protective measures at various levels.Through reading a large number of documents, this paper summarizes the evaluation process and methods of the value of historical buildings at home and abroad, and analyzes and discusses the process and methods of evaluating the value of historical buildings.There is a common method, that is, the expert investigation method, which is based on the subjective evaluation of experts.In order to make the value evaluation of historical architecture more scientific and true, the method of reliability and validity testing is introduced to test the expert investigation method in the evaluation of historical building value.Based on the analysis of reliability and validity testing methods, the method of expert investigation in the evaluation of historical building value is sought.In order to analyze the particularity of reliability and validity test in expert investigation, it is necessary not only to test the reliability and validity of expert investigation, but also to test the subject of evaluation in expert investigation.By integrating the data of experts to assign the weight of historical building value evaluation index, the selection of evaluation subject should be more comprehensive and comprehensive.Experts to the historical building examples of value evaluation, integration of evaluation data.The correlation reliability coefficient and validity coefficient were calculated by testing the corresponding data obtained by expert investigation, and the calculated reliability coefficient and validity coefficient were compared with the standard value.The results of reliability and validity test of expert investigation method are expounded, and the results are expected to be used for reference in future research.
