點(diǎn)支承幕墻玻璃面板尺寸設(shè)計(jì)與力學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:考慮不同的玻璃板厚度、方形玻璃板邊長、矩形玻璃板寬長比、開孔數(shù)量、孔心邊距和孔徑的影響,利用ANSYS軟件對(duì)點(diǎn)支承幕墻玻璃板進(jìn)行了計(jì)算研究。結(jié)果表明:玻璃板的厚度對(duì)其強(qiáng)度和剛度都有顯著的影響;隨著方形玻璃板邊長的增大,板中最大拉應(yīng)力和最大撓度都快速增大;隨著矩形玻璃板寬長比的增大,板中最大拉應(yīng)力和最大撓度都不斷增大;六點(diǎn)支撐的玻璃板在相同條件下,板中最大拉應(yīng)力和最大撓度都比四點(diǎn)支撐的玻璃板小很多;隨著孔心邊距的增大,玻璃板中最大拉應(yīng)力和最大撓度均顯著減小,但減小的速度會(huì)隨著孔心邊距的增大而放緩;孔邊最大拉應(yīng)力隨著孔徑的增大而顯著減小,但板邊中點(diǎn)最大拉應(yīng)力和撓度以及板心的撓度的減小都十分有限。
[Abstract]:Considering the influence of different thickness of glass plate, side length of square glass plate, ratio of width to length of rectangular glass plate, number of holes, hole center margin and aperture, the point supporting curtain wall glass plate was calculated and studied by ANSYS software.The results show that the thickness of the glass plate has a significant effect on its strength and stiffness, the maximum tensile stress and the maximum deflection increase rapidly with the increase of the side length of the square glass plate, and the ratio of width to length increases with the increase of the width ratio of the rectangular glass plate.Under the same conditions, the maximum tensile stress and maximum deflection of the six-point supported glass plate are much smaller than those of the four-point supported glass plate; with the increase of the edge distance between the holes, the maximum tensile stress and the maximum deflection in the plate are increased.The maximum tensile stress and maximum deflection in the glass plate decrease significantly, but the speed of decrease will slow down with the increase of the distance between the center of the hole, and the maximum tensile stress of the hole edge decreases significantly with the increase of the pore diameter.However, the maximum tensile stress and deflection at the midpoint of the plate edge and the reduction of the deflection of the plate center are very limited.
