含氯胺水管網(wǎng)輸配過(guò)程中紅水現(xiàn)象的產(chǎn)生機(jī)理

【摘要】:以北方某城市區(qū)域管網(wǎng)為研究對(duì)象,考察了該區(qū)域管網(wǎng)管材分布情況及氯胺消毒水的水質(zhì)變化特征.結(jié)果顯示,該區(qū)域管網(wǎng)水質(zhì)穩(wěn)定,二次消毒劑氯胺衰減動(dòng)力學(xué)符合氯胺自身降解的二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)過(guò)程,說(shuō)明該區(qū)域干管輸送過(guò)程對(duì)水質(zhì)指標(biāo)影響不大,紅水現(xiàn)象主要來(lái)自于戶(hù)線(xiàn)管網(wǎng).通過(guò)舊管道輸水模擬實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)該市因變更水源導(dǎo)致紅水現(xiàn)象的過(guò)程和機(jī)理進(jìn)行了分析,結(jié)果表明,氯胺對(duì)鐵管材的腐蝕性比氯更強(qiáng),更能導(dǎo)致金屬的溶出;原水中硫酸鹽升高能加劇水質(zhì)對(duì)管道的腐蝕性.XRD分析表明,發(fā)生過(guò)紅水的管道α-FeOOH的含量較少,β,γ-FeOOH的含量大于α-FeOOH;而沒(méi)有發(fā)生過(guò)紅水的管道α-FeOOH含量明顯大于β,γ-FeOOH,α-FeOOH可能是鐵質(zhì)管道內(nèi)壁形成致密保護(hù)層從而保持水質(zhì)穩(wěn)定的主要成分.
[Abstract]:The distribution of pipe materials and the variation characteristics of chloramine disinfectant water quality in a city in the north of China were investigated.The results show that the water quality is stable and the decay kinetics of the secondary disinfectant chloramine accords with the second-order dynamic process of chloramine self-degradation, which indicates that the main pipe transportation process in this area has little influence on the water quality index.The red water phenomenon mainly comes from the household pipeline network.The process and mechanism of red water caused by the change of water source in the city are analyzed through the water conveyance simulation experiment of the old pipeline. The results show that chloramines are more corrosive to iron pipes than chlorine and can lead to the dissolution of metals.The increase of sulfate in raw water can aggravate the corrosivity of water quality to pipeline. XRD analysis shows that,The content of 偽 -FeOOH in the pipeline with excessive red water is less, and the content of 尾, 緯 -FeOOH is higher than that of 偽 -FeOOH, while the content of 偽 -FeOOH in the pipeline without red water is obviously higher than that of 尾, 緯 -FeOOOH, 偽 -FeOOH may be the main component of forming a dense protective layer on the inner wall of iron pipeline and maintaining the stability of water quality.
