基于非線性理論下成都“北改”之鳳凰山片區(qū)中景觀都市主義的應(yīng)用探析

【摘要】:城市化的快速發(fā)展使城市面臨著一系列環(huán)境災(zāi)難與社會問題,傳統(tǒng)規(guī)劃方法已無法協(xié)調(diào)生態(tài)保護(hù)與城市化發(fā)展的關(guān)系。景觀都市主義作為新的規(guī)劃設(shè)計理論與策略,能有效緩解傳統(tǒng)城市開發(fā)面臨的嚴(yán)峻形勢,它不僅能積極應(yīng)對城市化發(fā)展,同時還能保護(hù)自然生態(tài)環(huán)境。本文在理論研究方面,通過對相關(guān)理論、案例的研究,梳理了景觀都市主義的發(fā)展歷程、理論和實踐方式,實踐方式包括景觀作為綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、工業(yè)廢棄地的改造與更新、自然過程作為設(shè)計形式等。針對自然、城市、人類系統(tǒng)的非線性特征,以非線性理論中混沌理論、分形理論、自組織理論對規(guī)劃設(shè)計領(lǐng)域的啟示,拓展和深化景觀都市主義的應(yīng)用體系,并形成相應(yīng)的實踐策略,包括景觀都市主義計劃性策略、景觀都市主義修復(fù)性策略以及景觀都市主義嫁接性策略。在實踐應(yīng)用方面,立足于成都“北改”工程中鳳凰山片區(qū)的改造,以綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施為研究對象,從水平層面和垂直層面對鳳凰山片區(qū)的景觀空間格局進(jìn)行了分析。水平層面的分析包括:景觀資源的解構(gòu)分析、開放空間格局分析、景觀系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的辨識與分析;垂直層面的分析為景觀單元的土地利用價值分析。其中應(yīng)用了解構(gòu)主義、圖底分析法、關(guān)聯(lián)耦合、分層疊加法力求為其后的規(guī)劃設(shè)計找到科學(xué)的依據(jù)。在分析結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,以非線性理論下景觀都市主義的應(yīng)用為指導(dǎo),得出了以下成果:(1)實現(xiàn)綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施網(wǎng)絡(luò)化構(gòu)建。非線性理論的影響下將城市看做不確定、混沌的非線性系統(tǒng),因而鳳凰山片區(qū)的綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施網(wǎng)絡(luò)化構(gòu)建采用的是一種長期、動態(tài)的計劃性策略即“綠網(wǎng)計劃”,力求彈性的適應(yīng)城市化發(fā)展的“不確定性”,這種方式將有別于現(xiàn)如今形式性的線性“靜態(tài)”規(guī)劃方案。(2)針對“綠網(wǎng)計劃”中涉及的綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施提出相應(yīng)的保護(hù)與更新策略。根據(jù)片區(qū)綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施面臨的現(xiàn)狀,以非線性理論對規(guī)劃設(shè)計領(lǐng)域的啟示指導(dǎo)實踐,使構(gòu)建的綜合實踐體系在項目中加以應(yīng)用。因為非線性理論同時也蘊(yùn)藏著動態(tài)的生態(tài)理念,所以在復(fù)興策略中,有應(yīng)用可持續(xù)性景觀設(shè)計、參與性景觀設(shè)計等多種前沿的設(shè)計手法。(3)與成都“北改工程”現(xiàn)有形成的傳統(tǒng)規(guī)劃方案做對比,論證得出實踐策略的意義。說明了在面對城市擴(kuò)張所帶來的一系列生態(tài)問題、自然災(zāi)害以及社會問題時,傳統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計方法已被證明是盲目、浪費(fèi)、倉促的線性開發(fā)模式。而非線性理論指導(dǎo)下景觀都市主義能積極應(yīng)對城市混亂、無序和環(huán)境危機(jī)的挑戰(zhàn),且又能做到保護(hù)與開發(fā)兼顧。這種基于非線性理論構(gòu)建下的景觀都市主義綜合的實踐形式,力求為“北改工程”乃至其他區(qū)域綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的構(gòu)建與改造提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization, cities are faced with a series of environmental disasters and social problems. The traditional planning methods can not coordinate the relationship between ecological protection and urbanization development.Landscape urbanism, as a new theory and strategy of planning and design, can effectively alleviate the severe situation of traditional urban development. It can not only actively respond to the development of urbanization, but also protect the natural ecological environment.In the aspect of theoretical research, this paper combs the development course, theory and practice mode of landscape urbanism, including landscape as green infrastructure, transformation and renewal of industrial wasteland, through the relevant theories and case studies.Natural process as design form, etc.In view of the nonlinear characteristics of natural, urban and human systems, the application system of landscape urbanism is expanded and deepened by the enlightenment of chaos theory, fractal theory and self-organization theory to the field of planning and design.And form the corresponding practical strategies, including landscape urbanism planning strategy, landscape urbanism repair strategy and landscape urbanism grafting strategy.In practice and application, based on the reconstruction of Fenghuangshan area in Chengdu "North Reform" project, the landscape spatial pattern of Fenghuangshan area is analyzed from horizontal and vertical aspects, taking green infrastructure as the research object.The horizontal analysis includes the deconstruction analysis of landscape resources, the analysis of open space pattern, the identification and analysis of landscape system structure, and the analysis of vertical level is the land use value analysis of landscape unit.Among them, deconstruction, bottom analysis, correlation coupling and stratified superposition are used to find scientific basis for planning and design.Based on the analysis results and guided by the application of landscape urbanism in nonlinear theory, the following results are obtained: 1) realizing the construction of green infrastructure network.Under the influence of nonlinear theory, the city is regarded as an uncertain and chaotic nonlinear system, so the green infrastructure network construction in Fenghuangshan region adopts a long-term and dynamic planning strategy called "Green Network Plan".In order to adapt to the "uncertainty" of urbanization development flexibly, this way will be different from the linear "static" planning scheme of the present form. It will put forward the corresponding protection and renewal strategies for the green infrastructure involved in the "Green Network Plan".According to the current situation of green infrastructure in the region, the practice is guided by nonlinear theory in the field of planning and design, and the integrated practice system is applied in the project.Because the nonlinear theory also contains the dynamic ecological concept, so in the strategy of rejuvenation, there is the application of sustainable landscape design.The participatory landscape design and other advanced design techniques are compared with the existing traditional planning scheme of Chengdu "North Reform Project", and the significance of practical strategy is demonstrated.In the face of a series of ecological problems, natural disasters and social problems brought by urban expansion, the traditional planning and design methods have been proved to be blind, wasteful and hasty linear development models.Under the guidance of nonlinear theory, landscape urbanism can deal with the challenges of urban chaos, disorder and environmental crisis.This comprehensive practice form of landscape urbanism based on nonlinear theory aims to provide a reference for the construction and transformation of green infrastructure in the "North Reform Project" and other regions.
