【摘要】：隨著我國城市化進程的加速,城市犯罪也日趨嚴重,已成為城市面臨的重要社會問題之一。為建設安全的城市環(huán)境,除了加強行政手段以外,還可以通過環(huán)境設計來預防犯罪。在國外通過環(huán)境設計預防犯罪已發(fā)展多年,已有較為完善的理論體系以及豐富的實踐經(jīng)驗,在我國,該課題的研究還處于萌芽階段,而CPTED理論在城市公共空間中的運用研究幾乎為空白。本文研究此課題的意義在于為公共廣場空間環(huán)境預防犯罪研究提供理論支持,并希望通過景觀設計預防犯罪在我國城市高速發(fā)展時期能引起重視。本文主要是通過對CPTED (通過環(huán)境設計預防犯罪)的相關理論以及發(fā)展狀況的探討,以天府廣場為研究對象,對CPTED在城市公共空間中的運用進行探討。本文主要涉及到三個方面的理論研究,第一是針對CPTED的相關理論的研究,第二是關于城市公共空間的研究,第三是關于城市公共空間與犯罪的研究。最后以這三個方面的理論為基礎,以及具體分析了成都市天府廣場的空間現(xiàn)狀后,得出相應的評價方法。在本文中,筆者根據(jù)天府廣場空間的具體情況,結合CPTED理論的六大要素,建立了適用于城市廣場空間的可防衛(wèi)性的評價方法,即針對城市廣場的領屬性、監(jiān)視、出入控制、環(huán)境維護以及活動支持的評價,得出了天府廣場空間的可防衛(wèi)性較為良好,如天府廣場上各空間的界限明確,易于辨識；日間監(jiān)視者充足,夜間照明設施的數(shù)量適中且燈光質量良好,能起到良好的監(jiān)視作用；廣場上的空間之間,以及邊界與空間之間都能形成良好的滲透,便于自然監(jiān)視；廣場上視線通透,易于觀察,對形成自然監(jiān)視很有幫助；廣場的四個對角的出入口控制較好,能減少部分不必要的人流,并且出入口能與廣場內部的交通形成較好的聯(lián)系；廣場上的環(huán)境優(yōu)美,沒有出現(xiàn)隨地亂扔亂吐的現(xiàn)象,游客能自覺維護廣場的環(huán)境,在廣場上人們也很容易辨別出自己的位置,廣場識別性較高,并且人們對廣場有較為強烈的歸屬感和認同感。但也存在著些許不足,天府廣場的中心部分使用率較低,無法形成較強的領域感；廣場上活動設施種類過于貧乏,無法吸引更多的人來長時間地使用廣場,不利于增加自然監(jiān)視；邊界處植物過于單調,且無較好的遮蔽措施,使游客無法較長時間的在廣場邊界逗留,對中心廣場的無法形成較好的自然監(jiān)視；廣場的南北入口與中心廣場無過渡帶,控制不足。根據(jù)不足之處筆者又提出了幾點修改建議。(1)提高廣場中心的利用率,增加必要的半私密領域。(2)增加廣場上小品的多樣性,豐富廣場上的活動設施,延長游人的逗留時間,增強自然監(jiān)視。(3)改變邊界形狀,使休息區(qū)與通道分離開來,提高廣場邊界的使用率。(4)改善廣場邊界處的植物配置,增強其庇蔭效果,延長邊界處休息人群逗留的時間,增強自然監(jiān)視。(5)改變南北出入口處的寬度以及形式,加強入口控制。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of China's urbanization process of the city, city crime has become more and more serious, has become one of the important social problems facing the city. For the construction of the security environment of the city, in addition to strengthen the administrative means, but also through environmental design to prevent crime and crime prevention through environmental design has been developed for many years in foreign countries, has a perfect theory system and practical experience in our country, the research is still in its infancy, and the use of CPTED theory in the city public space is almost blank. This topic research the significance of this paper is to study the public square space environment crime prevention to provide theoretical support, and hope that through landscape design can bring to the attention in the prevention of crime our country city high-speed development period. This paper is mainly based on the CPTED (CPTED) to explore the related theory and development, In order to Tianfu Square as the research object, discusses the application of CPTED in the city's public space. This paper mainly involves the theoretical research on three aspects, the first is the research on the theory of CPTED, the second is about the research of city public space, the third is about the research of city public space and finally to this crime. Three aspects of the theory, and analyzes the status quo of Chengdu Tianfu Square space, the corresponding evaluation method. In this paper, the author according to the specific circumstances of the Tianfu Square space, combined with the six elements of the CPTED theory, evaluation methods can be established for the defense of the city square space, i.e. the city square collar property, surveillance, access control, maintenance and evaluation of environmental events, the Tianfu Square Space Defense is good, such as the space on the Tianfu Square Circle The clear, easy to identify; daytime surveillance adequate lighting facilities the number of moderate and light quality is good, can play a good role to monitor; between the square space, and between the boundary and the space can form good penetration, facilitating natural surveillance; easy to observe on the square, transparent sight, very helpful the formation of natural surveillance; the four diagonal square entrance control is better, can reduce some unnecessary abortion, and the entrance with square inside traffic form a good relationship; the square of the beautiful environment, no littering and spitting phenomenon, tourists can consciously safeguard the environment in the Square Plaza, people it is easy to identify their own position, square high recognition, and people have strong sense of belonging and identity on the square. But there are also some problems, the central part of the Tianfu Square The use rate is low, can not form a strong sense of the area; the square facilities type is too poor, unable to attract more people to use for a long time square, is not conducive to the increase of natural plant monitoring; the boundary is too monotonous, and no shielding measures better, so that visitors can not be a long time to stay in the square on the boundary. The central square of the natural can not form a better surveillance of North and south entrance plaza; central square and no transition zone, inadequate control. According to the deficiencies the author proposes some suggestions. (1) improve the utilization rate of the center of the square, to increase the necessary semi private fields. (2) increase the diversity of square pieces. The rich square of the sports facilities, prolong the stay of tourists, enhance surveillance. (3) change the boundary shape, make Rest Area and channel separated, improve the use rate of square boundary. (4) improve the square boundary planting Physical configuration, enhance its shade effect, extend the time for rest at the boundary of population, enhance the natural surveillance. (5) to change the north and south entrance width and form, strengthen the entrance control.
