城市中心區(qū)軌道交通站點(diǎn)地段地下空間整合研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展,我國已有38座城市獲批修建地鐵,進(jìn)入了軌道交通建設(shè)的高潮期。對于城市中心區(qū)這個用地矛盾焦點(diǎn)地段,大規(guī)模的地鐵建設(shè)既能有效緩解地面交通壓力,又能促使站點(diǎn)周邊進(jìn)行立體化開發(fā),可謂給中心區(qū)帶來了新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。但國內(nèi)有不少建成軌道站點(diǎn)因缺乏整合理念而導(dǎo)致了使用中的突出矛盾。本文試圖借助整合設(shè)計(jì)理念與環(huán)境行為學(xué)研究方法,通過大量案例分析與實(shí)地調(diào)研,,提出中心區(qū)軌道站點(diǎn)地下空間的整合設(shè)計(jì)方法,對未來的軌道站點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)提供建議。交通空間與商業(yè)空間是軌道站點(diǎn)地下的兩大核心空間,本文首先通過對其特征與互動關(guān)系的分析,構(gòu)建兩者間的整合設(shè)計(jì)框架。以此為基礎(chǔ),選取七個國內(nèi)外的中心區(qū)軌道站點(diǎn)進(jìn)行整合設(shè)計(jì)分析,并借助環(huán)境行為學(xué)的研究方法,獲得人群使用的偏好與需求。進(jìn)而,對案例分析進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),并利用人群使用研究結(jié)論對其進(jìn)行修正,得到中心區(qū)軌道站點(diǎn)地下空間的整合設(shè)計(jì)方法。最終,結(jié)合鄭州省級行政文化中心特定意圖區(qū)城市設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)整合設(shè)計(jì)方法的實(shí)踐。全文約4.6萬字,插圖184幅,表格44幅,除標(biāo)明資料來源的圖表外,其它均為自制。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, 38 cities in China have been approved to build subway, which has entered the high tide of rail transit construction.For the urban center area, which is the focus of land use, the large-scale subway construction can effectively relieve the ground traffic pressure and promote the three-dimensional development around the station, which can bring new development opportunities to the central district.However, there are many domestic rail stations due to the lack of integration concept leading to the use of prominent contradictions.In this paper, with the help of the idea of integrated design and the research method of environmental behavior, through a large number of case analysis and field investigation, this paper puts forward the integrated design method of underground space of orbit station in central area, and provides suggestions for the future design of rail station.Traffic space and commercial space are the two core spaces in the underground of rail station. Firstly, this paper constructs the integrated design framework between them through the analysis of their characteristics and interaction.On this basis, seven central rail stations at home and abroad are selected for integrated design and analysis, and the preferences and needs of the crowd are obtained by means of the research method of environmental behavior.Then, the case analysis is summarized, and the method of integrated design of underground space of orbit station in central area is obtained by using the research conclusion of crowd to revise it.Finally, combining with the city design of Zhengzhou provincial administrative culture center, the integrated design method is realized.The full text is about 46000 words, with 184 illustrations and 44 tables.
