【摘要】：全面貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,堅(jiān)持把建設(shè)資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型社會(huì)作為加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的重要著力點(diǎn),深入貫徹節(jié)約資源和保護(hù)環(huán)境基本國(guó)策,走可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路。建筑業(yè)作為我國(guó)重要的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),過(guò)去十幾年的蓬勃發(fā)展,為我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn),但同時(shí)也對(duì)環(huán)境造成了一定的污染。在可持續(xù)發(fā)展和節(jié)約資源、保護(hù)環(huán)境呼聲越來(lái)越高的今天,建筑行業(yè)的綠色施工管理勢(shì)在必行。因此,如何推進(jìn)綠色施工并保證其取得實(shí)際效果,是值得關(guān)注和研究的重要問題。本文首先對(duì)建設(shè)工程綠色施工管理的背景和意義進(jìn)行了具體闡述,分析了內(nèi)涵和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),并將國(guó)內(nèi)外建設(shè)工程綠色施工發(fā)展實(shí)施的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了對(duì)比研究,提出了研究方法、基本要求和評(píng)價(jià)體系。然后,結(jié)合某大型公共建筑工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)綠色施工管理的案例,介紹了綠色施工的技術(shù)方法、管理措施和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn),實(shí)例分析了在開展綠色施工管理后產(chǎn)生的社會(huì)效應(yīng)和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。最后,通過(guò)分析綠色施工過(guò)程中存在的問題,為進(jìn)一步推廣建設(shè)工程綠色施工提供一些建議措施。本文的研究旨在拋磚引玉,提高全社會(huì)及行業(yè)內(nèi)對(duì)綠色施工的重視,并能夠推廣應(yīng)用,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會(huì)效益和環(huán)境效益的統(tǒng)一,節(jié)約資源、保護(hù)環(huán)境、減少污染,加快工程施工項(xiàng)目的綠色化進(jìn)程,減少資源浪費(fèi)對(duì)環(huán)境的影響,實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,以期打造現(xiàn)代化施工管理,營(yíng)造綠色宜居環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Full implementation of Scientific Outlook on Development, adhere to the construction of a resource-saving, accelerate the transformation of economic development as an important point of environmental friendly society, thoroughly implement the basic national policy to conserve resources and protect the environment, take the road of sustainable development. The construction industry is an important pillar industry in China, rapid development in the past ten years, has made great contribution to the economic construction of our country, but also on the environment caused some pollution. In the sustainable development and conservation of resources, protect the environment is more and more high today, green construction of construction industry management is imperative. Therefore, how to promote green construction and ensure the actual effect, is an important issue worthy of attention and study. The background and significance of this paper on the construction of green construction management in detail, analyses the connotation and development trend, and the construction projects at home and abroad A comparative study on the current situation of the development and implementation of green construction, puts forward the research methods, basic requirements and evaluation system. Then, combined with the green construction management of a large public building project construction case, this paper introduces the technique and method of green construction, management measures and experience, analysis in the social development of green construction management the effect and economic benefit. Finally, through the analysis of the existing problems in the process of green construction, to further promote the construction of green construction to provide some suggestions and measures. This study aims to initiate, pay more attention to the green construction of the whole society and the industry, and to promote the use of, and ultimately achieve economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits of unity to conserve resources and protect the environment, reduce pollution, accelerate the green process of construction projects, reduce waste of resources on the environment, real The sustainable development of the construction industry is to create a modern construction management and create a green and livable environment.
