【摘要】：我國當(dāng)前的綠色建筑節(jié)能項(xiàng)目建設(shè)規(guī)模較小,建筑節(jié)能工作開展的廣度和深度還不夠,現(xiàn)有研究成果主要集中于國外的節(jié)能技術(shù)理論及既有建筑的節(jié)能改造,新建建設(shè)項(xiàng)目案例較少。本文將在綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)體系研究及節(jié)能項(xiàng)目建設(shè)方面進(jìn)行實(shí)踐,同時(shí)提供實(shí)踐案例成果。在分析國內(nèi)建筑節(jié)能現(xiàn)狀和國外新建或既有建筑節(jié)能改造經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,首先研究我國綠色建筑體系和國外綠色建筑體系的特點(diǎn),運(yùn)用多方理論進(jìn)行分析。我國建筑能耗占社會(huì)總能耗的比重較大,人口增長及建筑需求的增加使建筑能耗越來越大。鑒于能源形勢緊迫的現(xiàn)狀,建筑節(jié)能已成為我國節(jié)能減排、可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路上的工作重點(diǎn)之一。綠色建筑越來越受到全社會(huì)關(guān)注,相關(guān)部門出臺(tái)了我國首部《綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》,為我國綠色建筑的開展提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)的政策支持,倡導(dǎo)并確立了適應(yīng)我國國情的綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)體系及理論。本文討論分析了我國綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)體系與國外體系的區(qū)別,以杭州供電公司新電力生產(chǎn)調(diào)度大樓綠色建筑項(xiàng)目建設(shè)為實(shí)際案例,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析研究。最后在分析綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)及其成果的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合新電力生產(chǎn)調(diào)度大樓各專業(yè)工程設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容,在政策引用、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)采用、技術(shù)應(yīng)用等方面進(jìn)重點(diǎn)研究,開展綠色建筑項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)實(shí)踐工作�？紤]到綠色建筑項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)造價(jià)問題,因地制宜的合理采用節(jié)能技術(shù),為該項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)了星級(jí)評(píng)定方案,系統(tǒng)的說明項(xiàng)目管理過程和方案實(shí)施細(xì)節(jié),為綠色建筑項(xiàng)目實(shí)施提出合理化建議。研究旨在為綠色建筑的建設(shè)管理提供典型經(jīng)驗(yàn),通過分析評(píng)價(jià)綠色建筑項(xiàng)目實(shí)施方案和效果,為綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)研究和建筑節(jié)能技術(shù)的推廣使用提供理論和實(shí)踐依據(jù),可作為該類評(píng)價(jià)研究和系統(tǒng)實(shí)踐方面的參考。
[Abstract]:The current construction of green building energy conservation projects in China is relatively small, and the breadth and depth of building energy conservation work is not enough. The existing research results mainly focus on the theory of energy saving technology abroad and the energy saving transformation of existing buildings.The case of new construction project is less.This article will carry on the practice in the green building appraisal system research and the energy conservation project construction, at the same time provides the practice case result.Based on the analysis of the present situation of energy saving in domestic buildings and the experience of new or existing building energy saving transformation abroad, the characteristics of green building system and foreign green building system in China are studied firstly, and the multi-party theory is used to analyze the characteristics of the green building system.Building energy consumption in China accounts for a large proportion of the total energy consumption in society. The increase of population and building demand makes the building energy consumption more and more.In view of the urgent energy situation, building energy conservation has become one of the key points of energy saving and sustainable development in China.Green building has attracted more and more attention of the whole society. The relevant departments have issued the first evaluation standard of green building in China, which provides solid policy support for the development of green building in our country.Advocate and establish the green building evaluation system and theory adapted to the national conditions of our country.This paper discusses and analyzes the difference between the green building evaluation system of our country and the foreign system. Taking the green building construction of the new power production and dispatching building of Hangzhou Power supply Company as a practical case, this paper makes a systematic analysis and study.Finally, on the basis of analyzing the evaluation of green building and its achievements, combined with the design contents of various specialties in the new electric power production and dispatching building, the key research is put forward in the aspects of policy quotation, standard adoption, technology application, etc.Carry out the construction practice of green building project.Considering the construction cost of the green building project and adopting energy saving technology reasonably according to local conditions, the star rating scheme is designed for the project, which systematically explains the project management process and the implementation details of the project,To put forward rational suggestions for the implementation of green building projects.The purpose of the study is to provide typical experience for the construction and management of green building, and to provide theoretical and practical basis for the research of green building evaluation and the popularization and application of building energy saving technology through the analysis and evaluation of the implementation plan and effect of green building project.It can be used as a reference for this kind of evaluation research and system practice.
