【摘要】：正城市作為自組織系統(tǒng),可看作大量個(gè)體分散決策和交互的產(chǎn)物,其相對(duì)有序的宏觀現(xiàn)象背后包藏著大量微觀個(gè)體的隨機(jī)過(guò)程及相互影響。大量的個(gè)體行為以及個(gè)體間的交互影響導(dǎo)致城市發(fā)展和運(yùn)行的過(guò)程往往呈現(xiàn)出不連續(xù)性、多變性和不規(guī)則性,并外在地表現(xiàn)為個(gè)別的、不協(xié)調(diào)的事件和隨機(jī)的累積。傳統(tǒng)的自上而下的規(guī)劃分析方法難以解釋并有效應(yīng)對(duì)城市發(fā)展和運(yùn)行過(guò)程中多層次、非線性、開放性、不確定性和動(dòng)態(tài)性等特點(diǎn)所帶來(lái)的問題。面對(duì)上述城市系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜性與不確定性,新一代計(jì)算機(jī)輔助規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)等量化分析方法應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,規(guī)
[Abstract]:As a self-organizing system, a positive city can be regarded as the product of decentralized decision-making and interaction of a large number of individuals. Behind its relatively orderly macro-phenomena, there are a large number of random processes and interactions of micro-individuals.A large number of individual behaviors and interactions between individuals often lead to discontinuity, variability and irregularity in the process of urban development and operation, and external manifestations are individual, uncoordinated events and random accumulation.The traditional top-down planning analysis method is difficult to explain and effectively deal with the problems caused by the characteristics of multi-level, non-linear, open, uncertain and dynamic in the process of urban development and operation.In the face of the complexity and uncertainty of the urban system mentioned above, the new generation of computer-aided planning systems and other quantitative analysis methods emerged as the times require.
