生活體驗型商業(yè)綜合體外部空間規(guī)劃設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:城市商業(yè)綜合體作為現(xiàn)代商業(yè)設(shè)施,集合了商務(wù)、商業(yè)、居住、體閑、娛樂、交通等多項功能,滿足了人們消費生活多方面需求。隨著人們生活水平的不斷提高,消費層次也不斷升級,人們更注重消費過程中的感官體驗和精神需求;另一方面虛擬化、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)化的電子商務(wù)將長足發(fā)展,普通的購物需求在實體店將越來越少,而社會化、體驗式的實體消費需求將越來越凸顯。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),目前國內(nèi)外運營成功的商業(yè)綜合體,均創(chuàng)造了符合人們需求的外部空間環(huán)境,并且結(jié)合城市公共開放空間,為人們提供了豐富的生活體驗感。這種體驗型商業(yè)外部空間的營造,它不僅帶來了商業(yè)效益的成功,也促進了城市良好發(fā)展。本文以生活體驗型商業(yè)綜合體外部空間為研究課題,通過文獻結(jié)合案例分析對外部空間規(guī)劃設(shè)計進行了一系列研究,課題總體分為六個章節(jié):第一章確定了研究對象并對國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和實踐歷程進行分析,明確研究方法和技術(shù)路線;第二章通過大量文獻、案例的研究,歸納總結(jié)了生活體驗型外部空間規(guī)劃設(shè)計相關(guān)理論與方法、空間要素等;第三章分析了國內(nèi)外經(jīng)典成功案例及案例借鑒總結(jié);第四章結(jié)合高淳蘇寧商業(yè)綜合體項目實踐運用相關(guān)理論與方法并作分析評價;第五章從當(dāng)前我國商業(yè)綜合體外部空間開發(fā)過程中政府、開發(fā)商、設(shè)計師三個層面的問題進行分析并提出了對策建議;第六章總結(jié)本文的觀點,提倡生活體驗型商業(yè)與城市公共開放空間結(jié)合的模式,提煉相關(guān)理論和數(shù)據(jù)、方法,倡導(dǎo)開發(fā)商、政府、設(shè)計師共同作用于商業(yè)外部空間規(guī)劃設(shè)計,并展望了未來生活體驗型商業(yè)綜合體外部空間發(fā)展的方向。
[Abstract]:As a modern commercial facility, urban commercial complex integrates many functions, such as commerce, commerce, residence, leisure, entertainment, transportation and so on, and meets the needs of people in many aspects of consumption and life.With the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the upgrading of consumption levels, people pay more attention to the sensory experience and spiritual needs in the process of consumption; on the other hand, virtualization, Internet e-commerce will greatly develop.Ordinary shopping demand will be less and less in physical stores, while socialized, experiential physical consumption demand will become more and more prominent.It is found that the successful commercial complexes both at home and abroad have created an external space environment that meets the needs of people and has provided people with a rich sense of life experience in combination with the urban public open space.This kind of experience commercial exterior space construction, it not only brought the commercial benefit the success, also promoted the city good development.In this paper, the outer space of the living experience commercial complex is taken as the research topic, and a series of research on the external space planning and design is carried out through the analysis of the literature and the case study.The topic is divided into six chapters: the first chapter determines the research object, and analyzes the current research situation and practice course at home and abroad, and clarifies the research methods and technical routes; the second chapter through a large number of literature, case studies,Summarized the life experience of the external space planning and design related theories and methods, space elements, etc. Chapter three analyzes the domestic and foreign classic success cases and case reference summary;Chapter four applies relevant theories and methods to the practice of Gaochun Su Ning Commercial complex Project and makes an analysis and evaluation. Chapter five focuses on the government and developers in the process of developing the outer space of commercial complex in our country.The sixth chapter summarizes the views of this paper, advocates the mode of combination of life experience business and urban public open space, refines relevant theories and data, methods, and advocates developers.The government and designer act together in the planning and design of commercial outer space, and look forward to the direction of the development of the outer space of the life experience commercial complex in the future.
