【摘要】：文章以廣西賀街鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)規(guī)劃為例,從鎮(zhèn)域的保護(hù)與治理、規(guī)劃區(qū)的建設(shè)與協(xié)調(diào)、文物的保護(hù)和非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的傳承等方面對(duì)名鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)規(guī)劃的編制進(jìn)行了全景式的展現(xiàn),由此提出歷史文化名鎮(zhèn)的規(guī)劃路徑:建立鎮(zhèn)域、規(guī)劃區(qū)和文物單位三級(jí)基本空間秩序,從宏觀統(tǒng)籌向微觀實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)變,逐步落實(shí)保護(hù)與發(fā)展的理念;建立從鎮(zhèn)域到文物單位的連續(xù)空間關(guān)系,分尺度地對(duì)地方開發(fā)與保護(hù)作出合理安排,以有效解決歷史文化名鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)與發(fā)展的矛盾。
[Abstract]:Taking the protection planning of Hejie Town in Guangxi as an example, this paper presents a panoramic view of the compilation of the protection planning of famous towns from the aspects of the protection and management of the town area, the construction and coordination of the planning area, the protection of cultural relics and the inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage.This paper puts forward the planning path of historical and cultural famous towns: to establish the three basic spatial order of town area, planning area and cultural relic unit, to transform from macroscopic overall planning to micro realization, and to gradually implement the concept of protection and development;A continuous spatial relationship from town area to cultural relic unit is established and reasonable arrangement is made for local development and protection on a scale in order to effectively solve the contradiction between protection and development of historic and cultural famous towns.
