【摘要】:我國海岸線綿延18000km,海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)是我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)非常重要的組成部分,因此,海洋基本建設(shè)規(guī)模浩大,各種海洋鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)筑物以及在鹽堿地、工業(yè)三廢排放地等惡劣地質(zhì)環(huán)境下的建筑物投資巨大,其使用壽命直接影響國民經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。調(diào)查表明,我國已有許多海工及惡劣環(huán)境下鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)筑物在遠(yuǎn)低于設(shè)計壽命期內(nèi)即發(fā)生嚴(yán)重破壞,其損失非常嚴(yán)重。針對混凝土構(gòu)筑物所處的惡劣環(huán)境,分析海洋及惡劣環(huán)境對混凝土及混凝土中鋼筋的腐蝕作用機(jī)理,加深認(rèn)識構(gòu)筑物受海洋及惡劣環(huán)境腐蝕劣化的(電)化學(xué)過程和化學(xué)動力學(xué)過程,以混凝土耐久性為中心,對其原材料性能、配合比設(shè)計、物理力學(xué)性能及其在各種海洋、惡劣環(huán)境中的演變規(guī)律進(jìn)行綜合而系統(tǒng)的研究,總結(jié)并建立混凝土的海水腐蝕動力學(xué)理論和控制理論,在此基礎(chǔ)上研制出“混凝土防腐阻銹抗?jié)B劑”。通過對研制的“混凝土防腐阻銹抗?jié)B劑”進(jìn)行多方面的試驗檢測,其技術(shù)性能指標(biāo)分別能滿足《鋼筋混凝土阻銹劑》(JT/T537-2004)、《混凝土抗硫酸鹽類侵蝕防腐劑》(JC/T1011-2006)、《砂漿、混凝土防水劑》(JC474-2008)和《混凝土外加劑》(GB8076-2008)中“高效減水劑”“引氣劑”的要求。因此,在配制海工和惡劣環(huán)境下使用的混凝土?xí)r,可以通過在混凝土中摻加混凝土防腐阻銹抗?jié)B劑來滿足對混凝土性能的特殊要求,并且簡單易行,性能可靠,以達(dá)到混凝土在不同海洋或惡劣環(huán)境下不同時期的性能或壽命。課題完成后將為海洋或惡劣環(huán)境下混凝土構(gòu)筑物的建設(shè)提供合理選擇材料、科學(xué)配制高性能混凝土的依據(jù),也為國家制定相關(guān)的技術(shù)規(guī)程或規(guī)范提供參考。
[Abstract]:China has a coastline of 18000km, and the marine economy is a very important part of the national economy of our country. Therefore, the scale of marine infrastructure is huge, all kinds of marine reinforced concrete structures and in saline-alkali land,Under the adverse geological environment, such as industrial waste discharge land, the building investment is huge, and its service life directly affects the sustainable development strategy of the national economy.The investigation shows that there are many marine structures and reinforced concrete structures in bad environment in China, which have been seriously damaged in the period of far below the design life, and the losses are very serious.In view of the bad environment of concrete structure, the corrosion mechanism of marine and bad environment to concrete and reinforcement in concrete is analyzed.Deepening the understanding of (electrical) chemical processes and chemical kinetic processes of structures corroded by the ocean and harsh environments, focusing on the durability of concrete, its raw material properties, mix ratio design, physical and mechanical properties and its presence in various oceans,On the basis of the comprehensive and systematic study on the evolution law in the harsh environment, the dynamic theory and control theory of seawater corrosion of concrete are summarized and established. On this basis, "anticorrosion, rust and impermeability agent of concrete" is developed.The requirements of "high efficiency water reducing agent" and "air entraining agent" in concrete water repellent > JC474-2008) and concrete admixture GB8076-2008).Therefore, in the preparation of concrete used in marine engineering and in harsh environment, the special requirements of concrete performance can be satisfied by adding concrete anticorrosive, rust and impermeable agent to concrete, and it is simple and feasible, and the performance is reliable.To achieve concrete in different marine or harsh environment at different periods of time performance or life.After the completion of the project, it will provide a reasonable selection of materials for the construction of concrete structures in the ocean or harsh environment, scientific basis for the preparation of high performance concrete, and also provide a reference for the country to formulate relevant technical regulations or specifications.
