可拆式鋼筋桁架模板截面力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)和計(jì)算方法

【摘要】:通過對(duì)全尺寸可拆式鋼筋桁架模板在施工階段的截面力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn),研究了其在單調(diào)荷載作用下的破壞形態(tài)以及受力機(jī)理。并分別采用荷載-撓度曲線法和極限彎矩法計(jì)算了截面特性。分析表明:施工階段可以采用上下弦連續(xù)的桁架計(jì)算模型,荷載-撓度曲線法計(jì)算結(jié)果與理論值偏差較大,其原因是:試件破壞過程由變形控制,而非強(qiáng)度,以及由于連接件與鋼筋的相對(duì)滑移產(chǎn)生的附加撓度,極限彎矩法計(jì)算值與理論值較為吻合。在此基礎(chǔ)上,給出了簡(jiǎn)支或等跨連續(xù)(兩跨)梁計(jì)算模型的最大無(wú)支撐長(zhǎng)度的建議值。
[Abstract]:The failure mode and mechanical mechanism of the full scale removable steel truss formwork under monotonic load are studied by the test of the section mechanical properties of the formwork in the construction stage.The load-deflection curve method and the ultimate bending moment method are used to calculate the cross-section characteristics respectively.The analysis shows that the calculation model of upper and lower chord continuous truss can be used in the construction stage, and the calculation result of load-deflection curve method deviates greatly from the theoretical value. The reason is that the failure process of the specimen is controlled by deformation rather than strength.As well as the additional deflection caused by the relative slippage between the joint and the steel bar, the calculated value of the ultimate moment method is in good agreement with the theoretical value.On this basis, the suggested values of the maximum unsupported length of simply supported or equal span continuous (two span) beams are given.
