混凝土框架外掛泡沫混凝土輕質(zhì)墻板振動臺試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:預(yù)制裝配整體式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)體系經(jīng)歷了從預(yù)制部品到預(yù)制墻板、樓板再到預(yù)制主體結(jié)構(gòu)三個階段的發(fā)展。“混凝土框架外掛輕質(zhì)泡沫混凝土墻板振動臺試驗(yàn)研究”是現(xiàn)階段我國預(yù)制裝配式混凝土建筑技術(shù)研究領(lǐng)域里一項(xiàng)理論研究與工程應(yīng)用相結(jié)合的重要課題。本文主要研究工作如下所示。(1)采用泡沫混凝土、陶粒泡沫混凝土和防銹涂層鋼筋制作了8片混凝土框架模型外掛輕質(zhì)墻板,完成了2個模型比為1/2的現(xiàn)澆混凝土框架外掛輕質(zhì)泡沫混凝土墻板結(jié)構(gòu)模型的地震模擬振動臺試驗(yàn),其中X向試驗(yàn)的外墻板掛在平行地震方向,Y向試驗(yàn)墻板掛在垂直于地震方向。得到了三條地震波作用下模型的自振頻率、加速度、位移等動力響應(yīng)。(2)根據(jù)試驗(yàn)現(xiàn)象分析了掛板節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)域在兩個方向地震作用下的破壞形態(tài)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在罕遇地震作用下,X向試驗(yàn)輕質(zhì)墻板的裂縫主要分布在掛板節(jié)點(diǎn)周圍,Y向試驗(yàn)輕質(zhì)墻板的裂縫主要集中在窗洞口。兩個方向節(jié)點(diǎn)預(yù)埋件均保持完好,未發(fā)生墻板脆斷、節(jié)點(diǎn)預(yù)埋件拔出或預(yù)埋件被拉斷等嚴(yán)重破壞現(xiàn)象。單鋼板形式節(jié)點(diǎn)比雙鋼板形式的節(jié)點(diǎn)破壞明顯,加陶粒的墻板破壞較不加陶粒的墻板破壞現(xiàn)象明顯。但差別不大,均能滿足安全要求。(3)模擬振動臺試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:兩個方向試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,測得的模型自振頻率均比試驗(yàn)前測得的自振頻率有所下降,降低幅度不大,說明結(jié)構(gòu)有損傷。X向地震作用下,模型屋面在人工波作用下的加速度峰值最大。Y向地震作用下,模型屋面在Taft波作用下的加速度峰值最大。Y方向地震作用下框架位移大于X向的位移。表明不同方向掛板對結(jié)構(gòu)剛度及自振頻率產(chǎn)生影響,從而導(dǎo)致兩個方向的試驗(yàn)?zāi)P蛯Σ煌卣鸩ǖ募铀俣群臀灰祈憫?yīng)不一致。
[Abstract]:The precast assembly integral concrete structure system has experienced from prefabricated parts to precast wallboards. The development of three stages from floor slab to precast main structure. "Research on shaking table test of concrete frame with light foamed concrete wall slab" is a theoretical research in the field of technical research of precast prefabricated concrete building in China at present. The main research work in this paper is as follows: (1) Foamed concrete, Eight pieces of concrete frame models were made of ceramsite foam concrete and anti-rust coated steel bar, and two cast-in-place concrete frames with a ratio of 1 / 2 were tested by seismic simulation shaking table. The external wall plate of X direction test is hung in parallel earthquake direction and Y direction wall board is hung perpendicular to earthquake direction. The natural frequency and acceleration of the model under the action of three seismic waves are obtained. According to the experimental phenomena, the failure patterns of the joint region of the hanging plate under the action of earthquake in two directions are analyzed. The experimental results show that, Under the action of rare earthquake, the cracks of light-weight wallboard in X direction test are mainly distributed around the joints of the hanging plate and the cracks of the light-weight wallboard are mainly concentrated at the opening of the window. The embedded parts of the two directional nodes are in good condition, and there is no brittle fracture of the wall plate. The damage of single steel plate joint is more obvious than that of double steel plate type joint, and the damage phenomenon of wall board with ceramsite is more obvious than that without ceramic grain, but the difference is not obvious. The results of simulated shaking table test show that the natural vibration frequency of the model is lower than that measured before the test. It shows that under the action of damage. X direction earthquake, the maximum acceleration peak value of the model roof under the action of artificial wave. The displacement of the frame is larger than that of the X direction under the maximum acceleration peak of the model roof under the action of Taft wave. The results show that the structure stiffness and the natural vibration frequency are affected by the different directions of the hanging plate. Therefore, the response of the two direction test models to the acceleration and displacement of different seismic waves is inconsistent.
