【摘要】：青海是青藏高原生態(tài)安全屏障與西北多元民族文化匯聚的重要地區(qū),鄉(xiāng)村人居環(huán)境建設(shè)直接影響著高原生態(tài)安全、民族的團(tuán)結(jié)和社會的穩(wěn)定,當(dāng)前面臨著生態(tài)環(huán)境惡化及民族文化消亡的突出問題�？v觀鄉(xiāng)土民居建筑演變發(fā)展規(guī)律,總是處于一種連續(xù)性的更新生成過程,但從當(dāng)前民居建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀來看,其營建方法正處于“新舊斷層”的轉(zhuǎn)型階段,缺乏基于當(dāng)代背景下鄉(xiāng)土民居更新適宜設(shè)計模式的研究。論文以尋求高原人居環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展為目標(biāo),采用歷時與共時、定性與定量等綜合研究方法,對青海鄉(xiāng)土民居建筑原型、現(xiàn)型、新型進(jìn)行整體性思考。主要的研究內(nèi)容如下:首先,研究了青海鄉(xiāng)土民居建筑原型生成與演變規(guī)律。經(jīng)過青海全省及周邊省市地區(qū)系統(tǒng)調(diào)研以及文獻(xiàn)的綜合分析,指出“自然生成、文化驅(qū)動”...........是民居建筑原型演變發(fā)展的客觀規(guī)律,并進(jìn)一步對建筑背后隱含的自然與人文要素進(jìn)行分析,提出“資源氣候共性與民族文化差異性”的地區(qū)建筑特質(zhì)。其次,研究了青海傳統(tǒng)民居生存智慧。從自然氣候、資源利用、地形地貌、文化觀念四個方面,概括傳統(tǒng)民居地區(qū)適應(yīng)性,總結(jié)出“形態(tài)規(guī)整、內(nèi)聚向陽、北高南低、大面寬小進(jìn)深”等生存智慧。然后,論文分別對青海鄉(xiāng)土民居更新生態(tài)技術(shù)策略和多元民族文化傳承策略進(jìn)行研究。在生態(tài)技術(shù)方面,強調(diào)優(yōu)化提升傳統(tǒng)營建智慧,論文對民居更新綠色設(shè)計方法及本土新型適宜性技術(shù)進(jìn)行探討。在文化傳承方面,基于多元民族建筑文化多樣性的地區(qū)背景,在民居地域性、生產(chǎn)生活方式、建筑語言等方面提出了“多樣性表達(dá)”的設(shè)計策略。最后,論文對鄉(xiāng)土民居更新適宜性設(shè)計模式進(jìn)行研究。從“氣候適應(yīng)、技術(shù)適宜、文化傳承”融合的角度,提出鄉(xiāng)土民居更新的“整合設(shè)計”理論,并對理論內(nèi)涵及運行機制進(jìn)行探討。論文還結(jié)合設(shè)計實踐及典型民居更新建設(shè)實施案例進(jìn)行實證研究,進(jìn)一步建構(gòu)民居更新適宜設(shè)計模式的理論框架及設(shè)計方法。

In order to seek suitable plateau habitat environment sustainable development as the goal, the diachronic and synchronic, qualitative and quantitative research methods etc. Qinghai, the local residential buildings is the prototype, type, model of holistic thinking. The main contents are as follows: firstly, the research of Qinghai Township The formation and evolution of soil dwelling building prototype. After a comprehensive analysis of Qinghai province and neighboring provinces and cities as well as the literature research system, pointed out that "nature, culture driven"........ is architecture prototype and evolution... Objective laws of development, and further to the building behind the hidden nature and human factors, put forward the "difference general and national culture resources" climate area construction characteristics. Secondly, the traditional dwellings in Qinghai. Living wisdom from natural resources, climate, topography, the four aspects of cultural concept, general adaptability of traditional residential area, summed up the "regular shape, cohesive Xiangyang, from north to South, big wide small depth" living wisdom. And then, the paper conducts the research to the Qinghai vernacular dwellings update ecological technology strategies and multi national cultural heritage strategy. In the ecological technology, emphasizing the optimization Lift the traditional construction wisdom, the residential green design method and model updating local suitability technology were discussed. In the cultural heritage, multi-ethnic architectural cultural diversity in residential area based on the background of regional production, life style, architectural language in such aspects as the design strategy of "diversity". Finally, the local residential updating suitability design pattern is studied. From the "climate adaptation, appropriate technology, cultural heritage" fusion point of view, put forward the vernacular houses update "integrated design" theory, and the theory connotation and operation mechanism are discussed. The paper also combines the design practice and typical residential construction update cases for empirical research further construction of folk dwelling renewal design pattern suitable theoretical framework and design method.
