電梯曳引機制動系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與研究

【摘要】:電梯作為垂直方向的交通工具,在現(xiàn)代高層建筑中不可或缺。電梯曳引機是電梯的重要組成部分,其制動系統(tǒng)是電梯安全運行的重要保障。電梯曳引機制動系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與研究,對提高電梯系統(tǒng)的安全,意義深遠。本課題主要是對永磁同步無齒輪曳引機制動器系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與研究。首先,依據(jù)電梯系統(tǒng)參數(shù)及美國標(biāo)準A17.1-2013《Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators》中關(guān)于制動的相關(guān)要求,結(jié)合力學(xué)理論,計算并確定電梯系統(tǒng)安全制動所需要的最小制動力矩,包括正常制動力矩和緊急制動力矩;其次,根據(jù)計算制動力矩,采用ANSYS電磁分析及強度分析軟件,確定制動器電磁力大小及基本結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸,校核制動器動、靜盤強度及變形,合理選擇制動器摩擦片;然后,針對制動器在應(yīng)用的一些問題進行分析,首先針對制動噪音,采用噪聲輻射理論數(shù)值分析,考慮多種實施方案,有效改善制動器吸合及釋放噪音;其次模擬制動器在實際制動過程的發(fā)熱,采用ANSYS溫度場分析模擬實際閘片的發(fā)熱狀況,為閘片的溫度控制提供理論依據(jù),有效提高制動器的安全壽命;最后,對上述理論設(shè)計,進行試驗測試確認,驗證制動器的各項性能很好的達到了預(yù)期要求,實現(xiàn)了理論與實際的結(jié)合。本課題研究內(nèi)容,先從理論上進行設(shè)計計算及分析,并通過試驗測試確認,驗證設(shè)計方案,為電梯曳引機制動器的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As a vertical vehicle, elevators are indispensable in modern high-rise buildings.Elevator traction machine is an important part of elevator, its braking system is an important guarantee of elevator safe operation.The design and research of elevator traction braking system is of great significance to improve the safety of elevator system.This thesis is mainly about the design and research of permanent magnet synchronous gearless traction machine brake system.Firstly, according to the parameters of elevator system and the relevant requirements of Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators in American standard A17.1-2013, the minimum braking torque required for safe braking of elevator system is calculated and determined by combining force theory.It includes normal braking torque and emergency braking torque. Secondly, according to the calculation of braking torque, using ANSYS electromagnetic analysis and strength analysis software, the size of the electromagnetic force and the basic structure size of the brake are determined, and the dynamic, static disk strength and deformation of the brake are checked.Selecting the brake friction plate reasonably; then, aiming at some problems in the application of the brake, first of all, aiming at the brake noise, using the noise radiation theory numerical analysis, considering a variety of implementation schemes,It can effectively improve the suction and release noise of brake. Secondly, it simulates the heat of brake in the actual braking process, and uses ANSYS temperature field analysis to simulate the heating state of actual brake plate, which provides the theoretical basis for the temperature control of brake plate.Finally, the design of the above theory is tested and confirmed to verify that the performance of the brake meets the expected requirements well, and realizes the combination of theory and practice.In this paper, the design calculation and analysis are carried out in theory, and the design scheme is verified by test and test, which provides a theoretical basis for the system design of elevator tractor brake.
