基于熱流量積分的混凝土溫控水管冷卻邊界模擬算法

【摘要】:以往用冷卻水管離散模型迭代計算混凝土溫度場時,水管邊界被近似認為是第三類邊界條件,此類邊界條件的參數(shù)獲取要通過試驗并進行反演,試驗費用較大且有時候可靠性不高。針對該問題,在熱量平衡條件的基礎(chǔ)上提出由與水管接觸混凝土的熱流量、水管的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)、管壁厚度和水管內(nèi)壁溫度推算水管外壁溫度的新算法,并對原有迭代方法進行改進,解決迭代次數(shù)多和迭代可能無法收斂的問題。對比算例中,采用傳統(tǒng)算法,模型邊界處的誤差可達到1.67℃,而采用該新算法,誤差僅為0.3℃。應(yīng)用所提方法對某混凝土塊施工期混凝土溫度場進行了仿真計算,計算值與實測值吻合較好,且迭代收斂速度較快,一般的迭代方法,需要迭代15次,而采用改進的迭代方法,只需迭代7次即可以達到穩(wěn)定值。該算法能明確通水冷卻的邊界條件,節(jié)省試驗費用,提高計算效率,有較好的工程應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:In the past, when the discrete model of cooling water pipe was used to iteratively calculate the temperature field of concrete, the boundary of water pipe was considered to be the third kind of boundary condition, and the parameters of the boundary condition were obtained by experiment and inversion. The cost of the test is high and sometimes the reliability is not high. In view of this problem, based on the heat balance condition, the heat flux of concrete in contact with the water pipe and the thermal conductivity of the pipe are proposed. A new algorithm for calculating the outer wall temperature of water pipe by using the thickness of pipe wall and the temperature of inner wall of pipe is proposed, and the original iterative method is improved to solve the problems that the number of iterations and the convergence of iteration may not converge. The error at the boundary of the model can reach 1.67 鈩,
