復(fù)合地層超深超厚地下連續(xù)墻施工技術(shù)

【摘要】:本論文以廣州-深圳-香港客運(yùn)專線中的福田高鐵客運(yùn)站的施工為出發(fā)點(diǎn),結(jié)合其復(fù)合地層大型超深特點(diǎn),通過分析近接超高層建筑群超深基坑的環(huán)境保護(hù)和安全控制需求,對(duì)背景工程采用的新工藝進(jìn)行了研究,掌握了一些新型的復(fù)合地層中處于超深超厚狀態(tài)下的連續(xù)墻的施工方法;結(jié)合硬巖地層地下連續(xù)墻嵌巖深、墻體超厚的特點(diǎn),形成了成槽技術(shù)的地層匹配性分析與評(píng)價(jià)技術(shù)。本文的預(yù)期創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)是基于福田高鐵站的地下連續(xù)墻超深超厚得出的,其具體有下:(1)本文仔細(xì)分析了福田高鐵站中的地下連續(xù)墻的施工全過程,結(jié)合施工手冊(cè),點(diǎn)名了施工過程中的關(guān)鍵工序以及質(zhì)量的控制要點(diǎn),并基于此得出了一套適用于大中型超深超厚地下連續(xù)墻施工的技術(shù)體系。(2)針對(duì)嵌入基巖硬度不同,提出了基于硬度的基巖等級(jí)劃分與成槽技術(shù)地層適應(yīng)性分析評(píng)價(jià)方法,這種方法對(duì)于超深超厚的連續(xù)墻施工中的成槽技術(shù)有著很大的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the construction of Futian High Speed Railway passenger Station in Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong passenger dedicated Line, combined with the characteristics of large and ultra-deep composite strata, this paper analyzes the environmental protection and safety control requirements of ultra-deep foundation pit in the near super high-rise building group. The new technology used in background engineering is studied, and some new construction methods of continuous wall in ultra-deep and super-thick state in composite stratum are mastered, and combined with the characteristics of embedded rock depth and super-thick wall of underground continuous wall in hard rock formation, The formation matching analysis and evaluation technology of grooving technology is formed. The expected innovation of this paper is based on the ultra-deep and super-thick underground continuous wall of Futian high-speed railway station. In this paper, the whole construction process of underground continuous wall in Futian High Speed Railway Station is carefully analyzed. Combined with the construction manual, the key working procedures and the key points of quality control in the construction process are listed. Based on this, a set of technical system for the construction of large and medium super deep and super thick underground continuous wall is obtained. Aiming at the different hardness of embedded bedrock, the method of classification of bedrock grade based on hardness and analysis and evaluation of formation adaptability of grooving technology is put forward. This method can be used for reference in the construction of super-deep and super-thick continuous wall.
