汶川地震框架結(jié)構(gòu)震害分析

【摘要】:根據(jù)汶川地震之后對(duì)汶川縣和都江堰市的考察結(jié)果,介紹了框架結(jié)構(gòu)房屋在房屋結(jié)構(gòu)體系、填充墻、樓梯、柱、梁、玻璃幕墻、吊頂、通風(fēng)設(shè)備和突出屋面附屬構(gòu)件的震害特征,并為增強(qiáng)框架結(jié)構(gòu)房屋防震減災(zāi)能力提出6點(diǎn)建議:(1)保證"強(qiáng)節(jié)點(diǎn)弱構(gòu)件"的實(shí)現(xiàn),節(jié)點(diǎn)核芯區(qū)要加密箍筋和混凝土要澆筑密實(shí);(2)實(shí)現(xiàn)"強(qiáng)柱弱梁"的設(shè)計(jì)與施工控制,可以增大框架柱截面尺寸,加大縱筋及箍筋配筋率;(3)要加強(qiáng)填充墻與框架梁柱的連接構(gòu)造措施,可以選用輕質(zhì)填充墻與框架柔性連接;(4)限制框架柱的軸壓比,確?蚣苤乃苄宰冃文芰涂蚣芙Y(jié)構(gòu)抗倒塌的能力;(5)要重視非結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件與主體結(jié)構(gòu)的連接構(gòu)造,避免玻璃幕墻、吊頂和通風(fēng)設(shè)備等墜落傷人;(6)出屋面小房間可以將框架柱延伸上去或者做成鋼木輕型結(jié)構(gòu),以防"鞭端效應(yīng)"造成的破壞;(7)采用隔震與消能減震設(shè)計(jì)來(lái)減輕框架結(jié)構(gòu)的震害。
[Abstract]:According to Wenchuan after the earthquake in Wenchuan county and Dujiangyan City, the study results, this paper introduces the framework of housing in the housing structure, filling walls, stairs, columns, beams, glass curtain wall, ceiling, roof ventilation equipment damage characteristics and prominent accessory components, and to enhance the frame housing disaster reduction capacity put forward 6 proposals: (1) to ensure the realization of "strong joint and weak member", the core area of joints stirrups and concrete pouring should be compact; (2) the realization of "design and construction control of strong column and weak beam", can increase the section size of frame column, increasing the longitudinal reinforcement and stirrup ratio; (3) to strengthen the connection construction measures of filling wall and frame beam column, can be made of light filling wall and frame flexible connection; (4) limit column axial compression ratio, to ensure the capacity of plastic deformation and collapse resistance capacity of frame structure of frame column; (5) pay attention to non structural components and main structure. Avoid joint structure, glass curtain wall, ceiling and ventilation equipment falling injuries; (6) a small room can be the roof frame column extends up or made of wood and steel light structure, to prevent the "whip end effect" caused by the damage; (7) the isolation and energy dissipation to reduce the damage of the frame structure seismic design.
