【摘要】：本文系統(tǒng)闡釋施工組織設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)理論及相關(guān)概念,包括施工組織設(shè)計(jì)的概念以及編制的五個(gè)原則,編制的主要依據(jù)及施工組織設(shè)計(jì)編制需要涵蓋的內(nèi)容,同時(shí)也研究了項(xiàng)目的管理方案,做出施工部署,分析了在施工組織設(shè)計(jì)中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,找出有效合理的解決方案。結(jié)合本次工程實(shí)例,研究了施工組織設(shè)計(jì)和項(xiàng)目管理在實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用。本文理論結(jié)合實(shí)際,根據(jù)龍工大廈項(xiàng)目的主要內(nèi)容和實(shí)際情況,對(duì)龍工大廈項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行具體的工程施工組織設(shè)計(jì),從各個(gè)方面對(duì)本次施工組織設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行論述,如施工準(zhǔn)備,施工平面布置等方面。系統(tǒng)分析工程施工組織設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程,具體分析主要工程工序,如鋼筋工程,模板工程,混凝土工程等分項(xiàng)工程。分析本次施工項(xiàng)目的工程管理方案,保證工期以及工程質(zhì)量的達(dá)標(biāo)。分析工程成本的控制措施,工程安全保證措施以及環(huán)境與文明施工措施,做出工程的應(yīng)急預(yù)案。保證以低耗、高效、保質(zhì)、優(yōu)質(zhì)的目標(biāo)完成本次工程項(xiàng)目。最后通過(guò)本文論證施工組織設(shè)計(jì)及項(xiàng)目管理方案在工程項(xiàng)目施工過(guò)程中具有重要意義與作用,為今后的工程項(xiàng)目施工建設(shè)提供重要的經(jīng)驗(yàn)儲(chǔ)備。
[Abstract]:This paper explains the related theory system of construction organization design and related concepts, including the concept of the five principles of construction organization design and preparation, design and construction organization system mainly based on the need to cover the contents of the project management scheme are also studied, make construction deployment, analyzes the problems in construction organization design and find out the effective solutions reasonable. Combined with the engineering example, the application of construction organization design and project management in the engineering project. This thesis combines theory with practice, according to the main content of lonking building project and the actual situation of construction organization design on specific lonking building project, from all aspects of the construction organization design are discussed, such as construction preparation, construction layout and other aspects of system analysis. The process of engineering construction organization design, the main work and concrete analysis Process, such as reinforcement engineering, template engineering, concrete engineering sub projects. Analysis of the plan of construction project project management, ensure project and project quality standards. The analysis of project cost control measures, safety measures and environmental engineering and civilized construction measures, make emergency plan project. In order to ensure low consumption, high efficiency quality, quality objectives, the completion of this project. Finally, it is important and significant role in the process of project construction in this paper through the construction organization design and project management solutions, to provide experience for future reserves of important project construction.
