【摘要】:雙臥軸混凝土振動(dòng)攪拌機(jī)具有攪拌質(zhì)量好、生產(chǎn)效率高等眾多優(yōu)點(diǎn),已經(jīng)開始應(yīng)用于各類大型水泥混凝土施工工程。然而,軸端密封問(wèn)題是限制混凝土振動(dòng)攪拌機(jī)市場(chǎng)推廣的一個(gè)重要因素,迫切需要一種可用于混凝土振動(dòng)攪拌機(jī)的新型軸端密封結(jié)構(gòu)。本文按照“提出問(wèn)題——分析問(wèn)題——解決問(wèn)題”的研究思路,采用文獻(xiàn)分析、列舉、對(duì)比、理論分析、仿真分析、試驗(yàn)研究等方法,對(duì)混凝土振動(dòng)攪拌機(jī)動(dòng)態(tài)軸端密封問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究。在分析問(wèn)題階段,首先對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)軸端密封問(wèn)題的特殊性進(jìn)行了分析,指出了動(dòng)態(tài)軸端密封結(jié)構(gòu)要解決的三個(gè)問(wèn)題;然后從密封結(jié)構(gòu)及其原理、零件的制造精度及存儲(chǔ)、攪拌軸系的振動(dòng)和動(dòng)平衡、攪拌軸系受力后的形變和攪拌裝置五個(gè)方面對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)密封技術(shù)的影響因素進(jìn)行了分析;最后,介紹了現(xiàn)有動(dòng)態(tài)軸端密封技術(shù),陳述了其密封結(jié)構(gòu)和原理,探究了軸端密封失效的外在表現(xiàn)和內(nèi)在原因。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)階段,按照“設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)劃——方案設(shè)計(jì)——結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)”的設(shè)計(jì)流程,首先,提出了設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)和任務(wù);然后,通過(guò)“二級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)法”在提出的多個(gè)可能方案中選取了較優(yōu)方案;最后,結(jié)合列舉法、對(duì)比法、經(jīng)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)法,并在理論計(jì)算中引入p?V?T?h系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)法,完成了密封新結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。新結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)完成后,通過(guò)ABAQUS有限元軟件,對(duì)新結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了動(dòng)態(tài)分析和運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)分析,分析結(jié)果顯示:新結(jié)構(gòu)前六階固有頻率依次為170.14Hz、170.17Hz、187.04Hz、214.97Hz、234.67Hz、234.75Hz,與振動(dòng)攪拌機(jī)系統(tǒng)的激振頻率并不重合,可避免產(chǎn)生共振;彈性元件阻尼合理,且在常規(guī)沖擊載荷下密封界面可保持正常工作狀態(tài);摩擦副處運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律和實(shí)際觀測(cè)情況吻合,受力狀態(tài)良好。設(shè)計(jì)的新結(jié)構(gòu)性能試驗(yàn),混凝土振動(dòng)攪拌機(jī)在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)環(huán)境連續(xù)100h試驗(yàn)中,軸端密封新結(jié)構(gòu)溫度和磨損量均符合要求,沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)水泥砂漿泄漏和潤(rùn)滑油脂泄漏現(xiàn)象,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:軸端密封新結(jié)構(gòu)密封性能良好,滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,可投入工業(yè)使用。
[Abstract]:Double horizontal shaft concrete vibratory mixer has many advantages, such as good mixing quality, high production efficiency and so on. It has already been applied to all kinds of large-scale cement concrete construction projects. The problem of shaft end seal is an important factor to restrict the market popularization of concrete vibratory mixer. There is an urgent need for a new type of shaft end sealing structure which can be used in concrete vibratory mixer. According to the research idea of "posing problem-analyzing problem-solving problem", this paper adopts literature analysis, enumeration, comparison, theoretical analysis, simulation analysis, In the stage of analysis, the particularity of dynamic shaft end seal is analyzed. This paper points out three problems to be solved in dynamic shaft end sealing structure, and then from the aspects of sealing structure and its principle, manufacturing precision and storage of parts, vibration and dynamic balance of stirring shafting, The influence factors of dynamic sealing technology are analyzed from five aspects: deformation of stirring shaft system and stirring device. Finally, the existing dynamic shaft end sealing technology is introduced, and its sealing structure and principle are described. In the structural design stage, according to the design flow of "design plan-scheme design-structure design", the design goal and task are put forward firstly. Through the "two-level evaluation method", the best scheme is selected among the several possible schemes put forward. Finally, combining the enumeration method, the contrast method, the empirical design method, and the introduction of p? V? T? H system design method. After the new structure design is finished, the dynamic analysis and operation state analysis of the new structure are carried out by ABAQUS finite element software. The analysis results show that the first six natural frequencies of the new structure are 170.14Hzn 170.17Hzn 187.04Hzn 214.97Hzn 234.67Hzn 234.75Hzin, which does not coincide with the exciting frequency of the vibratory mixer system and can avoid resonance, and the damping of the elastic element is reasonable. The sealing interface can be kept in normal working state under conventional impact load, and the motion law of friction pair is in good agreement with the actual observation, and the stress state is good. The new structure performance test is designed. In the actual production environment of the concrete vibratory mixer for 100h, the new structure temperature and wear quantity of the shaft end seal meet the requirements, and there is no leakage of cement mortar and lubricating oil. The experimental results show that the new structure seal of shaft end seal has good performance and meets the design requirements and can be used in industry.
