【摘要】：我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程正快速發(fā)展,城鎮(zhèn)區(qū)域建筑規(guī)模和發(fā)展速度驚人。綠色建筑的發(fā)展旨在以最少的資源消耗,為人們提供舒適、健康的生活空間,實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑經(jīng)濟(jì)與資源、環(huán)境的和諧發(fā)展,使之能夠走一條可持續(xù)發(fā)展的路線。綠色建筑設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),應(yīng)多專業(yè)相結(jié)合,建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)、水暖電各技術(shù)工種相互配合,共同探討。論文旨在對(duì)綠色建筑設(shè)計(jì)階段形成統(tǒng)一的設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)方案,為綠色建筑設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)識(shí)的評(píng)定帶來(lái)一定的便利,為綠色建筑項(xiàng)目的后續(xù)施工、管理起一定的指導(dǎo)作用。恒元廣場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目位于慈溪文化商務(wù)區(qū)內(nèi),本文通過(guò)該項(xiàng)目的綠色建筑建筑技術(shù)方案的設(shè)計(jì),從建筑設(shè)計(jì)、節(jié)能、節(jié)水、節(jié)材、室內(nèi)環(huán)境分析等多方面解析綠色建筑設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)方案,使之能通過(guò)一星綠色建筑設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)識(shí)評(píng)定。本文通過(guò)對(duì)恒元廣場(chǎng)一星綠色技術(shù)方案的探討旨在為綠色建筑設(shè)計(jì)提供統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模板。綠色建筑設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)方案的規(guī)范化有利于設(shè)計(jì)師從整體上解決各個(gè)方面存在的問(wèn)題,能夠直觀的反應(yīng)綠色建筑在各個(gè)方面的具體應(yīng)用,并為綠色建筑設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)星起到很好的幫助作用。綠色建筑設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)方案的形成也能對(duì)開發(fā)商起到直接的幫助,有利于開發(fā)商對(duì)項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)形成直觀的了解,有助與項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)及控制。
[Abstract]:The development of green building is aimed at providing people with comfortable and healthy living space with minimal resource consumption and realizing architectural economy and resources. The harmonious development of the environment enables it to take a sustainable development route. When designing green buildings, we should combine many fields of expertise, such as building, structure, water, heating and electricity. The purpose of this paper is to form a unified design technical scheme for the green building design stage, to bring some convenience to the evaluation of the green building design logo, and to facilitate the subsequent construction of the green building project. The project of Hengyuan Square is located in Cixi Cultural Business District. Through the design of green building technical scheme of this project, from architectural design, energy saving, water saving, material saving, Indoor environment analysis and other aspects to analyze the green building design technology, The purpose of this paper is to provide uniform standard formwork for green building design through the discussion of one star green technology scheme of Hengyuan square. Standardization of green building design technical scheme. It is helpful for designers to solve the problems in all aspects as a whole. Can intuitively reflect the concrete application of green building in all aspects, and play a very good role in the evaluation of green architecture design. The formation of green building design technology can also directly help developers. It is helpful for developers to form an intuitive understanding of the development of the project and facilitate the development and control of the project.
