【摘要】：十八大以來(lái),我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程不斷加快,而與之對(duì)應(yīng)建筑能耗比例卻居高不下,能源危機(jī)不斷加深,建筑節(jié)能的緊迫性日益明顯。因此大力推廣節(jié)能建筑,是緩解我國(guó)能源緊缺矛盾、改善人民生活環(huán)境質(zhì)量、實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵一環(huán)。這是黨的十八大以來(lái)的重要改革思路,也是本文研究的立腳點(diǎn)與出發(fā)點(diǎn)。從理論分析角度看,本文從節(jié)能技術(shù)、可行性分析、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)量化和運(yùn)行模式等四個(gè)視角分析了國(guó)外建筑節(jié)能現(xiàn)狀,然后從節(jié)能施工技術(shù)影響因素等五個(gè)方面探討了我國(guó)建筑節(jié)能發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。通過(guò)研究分析發(fā)現(xiàn)國(guó)內(nèi)的項(xiàng)目節(jié)能理論與實(shí)踐結(jié)合尚顯不足。據(jù)此,本文擬將國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的建筑節(jié)能理論及方法與姜家疃中學(xué)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目實(shí)際密切結(jié)合,研究建筑工程節(jié)能管理與對(duì)策�？傮w而言,本文主要做了以下幾項(xiàng)工作：①重新厘清了建筑節(jié)能相關(guān)理論內(nèi)涵,并對(duì)國(guó)外建筑節(jié)能技術(shù)進(jìn)行了闡述分析。②分別從項(xiàng)目建設(shè)期與運(yùn)營(yíng)期,結(jié)合姜家疃中學(xué)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況,分別計(jì)算了項(xiàng)目建設(shè)綜合能耗以及項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營(yíng)綜合能耗。③從項(xiàng)目資源利用方案與建筑節(jié)能等8個(gè)具體環(huán)節(jié)兩個(gè)層面對(duì)姜家疃中學(xué)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行節(jié)能優(yōu)化對(duì)策設(shè)計(jì)。④從項(xiàng)目節(jié)能措施與節(jié)能措施效果兩方面,對(duì)姜家疃中學(xué)項(xiàng)目的對(duì)策設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步闡述。最后,筆者對(duì)本文的研究不足之處進(jìn)行了剖析,并對(duì)未來(lái)的研究方向進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the National Congress of the people's Republic of China, the process of urbanization has been speeding up, but the proportion of energy consumption in the corresponding buildings has remained high, the energy crisis has deepened, and the urgency of building energy conservation has become increasingly obvious. It is a key link in alleviating the contradiction of energy shortage in our country, improving the quality of people's living environment, and realizing the strategic goal of sustainable development. This is an important reform idea since the 18th National Congress of the Party. It is also the starting point and starting point of this paper. From the perspective of theoretical analysis, this paper analyzes the present situation of building energy conservation in foreign countries from four perspectives: energy saving technology, feasibility analysis, risk quantification and operation mode. Then it discusses the present situation of building energy conservation development in China from five aspects, such as the influencing factors of energy-saving construction technology, and finds that the combination of energy saving theory and practice of domestic projects is still insufficient. In this paper, the existing theories and methods of building energy conservation at home and abroad are closely combined with the actual construction project of Jiangjiatuan Middle School to study the management and countermeasures of building energy conservation. This article mainly does the following several work: 1 has clarified the building energy saving related theory connotation again, and has carried on the elaboration to the foreign building energy saving technology from the project construction period and the operation period, combined with the actual situation of the Jiangjiatuan middle school project, The comprehensive energy consumption of the project construction and the comprehensive energy consumption of the project operation are calculated respectively. 4. The optimization countermeasures for the construction project of Jiangjiatuan Middle School are designed from 8 aspects, such as the project resource utilization scheme and the building energy saving. From the project energy-saving measures and energy-saving measures two aspects, Finally, the author analyzes the deficiency of this paper and prospects the future research direction.
