智能路燈控制系統(tǒng)設計

【摘要】:在高速發(fā)展現代城市,減少不必要的能源消耗就意味著環(huán)境的改善和經濟效益的提升。戶外照明所消耗的能源是城市能源消耗的重要組成部分,因此減少戶外照明所消耗的能源是當今城市發(fā)展的重要課題。本論文設計的智能路燈系統(tǒng)能夠獨立對每個路燈進行控制,采集每個路燈的運作情況,并通過以太網或RS-485總線將信息反饋給監(jiān)控室的上位機,搭建覆蓋所有路燈控制節(jié)點的路燈監(jiān)控網絡,。本系統(tǒng)采用總線結構,由主機對從機進行管理。主機分為信息管理控制器和主控制器兩部分,從機通過RS-485總線接收主機的控制命令,通過光傳感器反饋路燈的照明狀況,并通過電子整流器控制路燈的照明。系統(tǒng)還設計并實現了上位機與主控制電路、主控制器與路燈控制器之間的通信協議,完成了對每個路燈進行策略控制的功能。硬件設計上,信息管理控制器使用了飛思卡爾公司基于ARM Cortex-M4內核的Kinetis系列芯片MK60DN512Z,它的最小系統(tǒng)包含了電源濾波電路、時鐘晶振電路、復位電路、下載JTAG接口。主控制器使用飛思卡爾的16位汽車級S12系列微控制器MC9S12XS128,保證系統(tǒng)工作的穩(wěn)定性。燈控制器主芯片使用PIC16F1824,接收RS485信號,并執(zhí)行相應燈光調節(jié)功能。RS485接口使用ADM2587E芯片,減少了電路的復雜性,大大縮小了所占用的PCB面積。軟件設計上,主機信息管理控制器使用了MQX實時操作系統(tǒng),利用MQX實時操作系統(tǒng)包含的TCP/IP協議棧完成網絡通信功能。主機主控制器與從機之間則實現了以GB/T 19582.1-2008為基礎的通信功能,能夠滿足智能路燈控制的需求。最后進行了系統(tǒng)的軟硬件測試,測試結果表明設計的正確性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern city, reduce unnecessary energy consumption means that the improvement of the environment and enhance the economic benefits of the energy consumption. To reduce the complexity of the circuit, greatly reduces the occupied area of PCB. The design of software, the host information management controller used MQX. When the operating system, including using MQX real-time operating system TCP/IP protocol stack to achieve the function of network communication. Finally, the system hardware and software testing, test results show the correctness of the design.
