【摘要】：現(xiàn)代大型建筑項目,投資大,規(guī)模大,工期短,工程日益復(fù)雜,對項目管理人員的要求也越來越高。如何按時高效完成既定的項目目標,是對項目管理人員的重要考驗。項目的成敗往往受到多方面因素的影響,其中項目進度計劃是否合理,項目進度控制是否有效,是其中最重要的方面。在項目管理的整個過程中,項目進度計劃與控制是項目管理的重中之重,可以說是項目管理的生命線,貫穿于整個項目管理的始終。項目進度管理概念來自于國外,經(jīng)過數(shù)十年的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)取得了飛速的發(fā)展。項目管理的各種方法,已經(jīng)在各類項目尤其是大型土木工程中得到廣泛的應(yīng)用,并取得了良好的效果。在國內(nèi),項目進度管理雖然起步晚,但是也取得了長足的進步。各種項目工程中也逐步引入了項目進度管理的概念。但是我們可以看到,由于受到各種客觀因素制約,我國項目進度管理水平還比較低,與國外相比,人員素質(zhì)以及相關(guān)方法的使用還存在著較大的差異。因此需要對項目進度管理的各種先進的方法進行應(yīng)用研究。本文以同濟科技園一期二標段項目為研究背景,主要從兩個方面對該項目的進度管理進行了研究和分析。首先論述了該項目進度計劃的制定和優(yōu)化。闡述了項目進度計劃制定的相關(guān)理論和方法,并將這些方法運用到制定同濟科技園一期二標段項目進度計劃的工作中,通過對該項目進行工作結(jié)構(gòu)分析,得出該項目的工作結(jié)構(gòu)分析圖,在此基礎(chǔ)上制定出該項目的網(wǎng)絡(luò)計劃圖,并根據(jù)其中的問題提出相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化與調(diào)整,最終得出滿足項目要求的項目進度計劃。其次論述了項目進度控制的相關(guān)理論和方法以及應(yīng)用。介紹了同濟科技園一期二標段項目制定的各種項目進度控制的管理方法,突出介紹了掙得值法在該項目進度管理中的應(yīng)用,并從組織、技術(shù)、資金、人力資源、溝通五方面提出相應(yīng)的保障措施。最后做出總結(jié)提出建議和展望,希望本文的研究對今后相關(guān)工作的開展有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Modern large-scale construction projects have a large investment, a large scale, a short construction period, increasingly complex projects, and higher and higher requirements for project managers. How to achieve the established project objectives on time and efficiently, The success or failure of the project is often affected by many factors, including whether the project schedule is reasonable or not, and whether the project schedule control is effective. In the whole process of project management, project schedule planning and control is the most important part of project management, which can be said to be the lifeline of project management. Throughout the whole project management. The concept of project schedule management comes from abroad. After decades of development, it has made rapid development. Has been widely used in various projects, especially in large-scale civil engineering, and has achieved good results. In China, although the project schedule management started late, However, great progress has been made. The concept of project schedule management has been gradually introduced into various projects. However, we can see that due to various objective factors, the level of project schedule management in our country is still relatively low. Compared with foreign countries, there are still great differences in the quality of personnel and the use of related methods. Therefore, it is necessary to study the application of various advanced methods of project schedule management. This paper mainly studies and analyzes the progress management of the project from two aspects. Firstly, it discusses the formulation and optimization of the progress plan of the project, and expounds the relevant theories and methods of making the progress plan of the project. These methods are applied to the project schedule of Tongji Science and Technology Park. Through the analysis of the work structure of the project, the work structure analysis chart of the project is obtained. On this basis, the network plan of the project is drawn up, and the corresponding optimization and adjustment are put forward according to the problems in it. Finally, the project schedule to meet the requirements of the project is obtained. Secondly, the related theory, method and application of project schedule control are discussed, and the management methods of various project schedule control in the second phase of Tongji Science and Technology Park are introduced. This paper introduces the application of earning value method in the project schedule management, and puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures from organization, technology, capital, human resources and communication. It is hoped that the research in this paper will have some reference significance for the development of related work in the future.
