基于DIC方法的單軸壓縮濕砂樣主應變軸偏轉規(guī)律實驗研究

【摘要】:為了深化認識巖土材料的破壞機理及過程,研究了單軸壓縮濕砂樣主應變軸偏轉規(guī)律。利用自主開發(fā)的基于粒子群優(yōu)化的數(shù)字圖像相關方法,獲得了砂樣觀測平面內(nèi)主應變軸偏轉角的時空分布規(guī)律。采用雙三次樣條插值的方法,獲取了任意位置的主應變軸偏轉角,分析了砂樣將來出現(xiàn)剪切帶位置處、剪切帶的中心及其尖端附近和剪切帶外的主應變軸偏轉角隨縱向應變的演變規(guī)律。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),隨著縱向應變的增加,在砂樣觀測平面內(nèi),主應變軸偏轉角的范圍由分散逐漸變得穩(wěn)定,大部分區(qū)域最終分布在-10-10°之間。當出現(xiàn)較清晰的剪切帶以后(硬化階段后期),剪切帶內(nèi)不同位置處主應變軸偏轉角基本趨于恒定或稍有下降,大致穩(wěn)定在-5-5°之間,而剪切帶外各測點的主應變軸偏轉角均處于發(fā)展之中,且對于剪切帶兩側沒有其他剪切帶影響的情形,剪切帶內(nèi)、外主應變軸正在發(fā)生偏轉的方向相反;而在剪切帶尖端附近的點,主應變軸偏轉角隨縱向應變的演變規(guī)律比較復雜。
[Abstract]:In order to deepen the understanding of the process and the failure mechanism of rock and soil materials, the uniaxial compressive principal strain axis deflection of wet sand. Using the self-developed digital image correlation method based on particle swarm optimization, the sand observation plane principal strain axis deflection angle of the temporal and spatial distribution law. By using the method of double three spline interpolation the obtained strain in an arbitrary position of the shaft angle, analyzes the future sand shear band position, principal strain axis center shear zone and near the tip and shear band angle with the evolution of the longitudinal strain. The results show that, with the increase of axial strain, the sand observation plane range principal strain axis deflection angle by the dispersion gradually becomes stable, most of the regional final distribution between -10-10 degrees. When the shear clear belt (after hardening stage), shear bands in different positions in the main Variable shaft angle tends to be constant or decreased slightly, roughly stable between -5-5 degrees, and the shear band of each measuring point of the principal strain axis deflection angle are in development, and did not affect other shear zone in the case of shear zone on both sides of the shear zone, outside the main strain axis is happening in the direction of deflection on the contrary; and near the tip point in shear, principal strain axis deflection angle with the evolution of the longitudinal strain is more complex.
