【摘要】：我國(guó)農(nóng)村社會(huì)正進(jìn)入快速轉(zhuǎn)型期,由于受到家庭結(jié)構(gòu),生產(chǎn)方式,生活觀念轉(zhuǎn)變的影響,農(nóng)村鄰里交往呈現(xiàn)出弱化趨勢(shì),并由此對(duì)農(nóng)村社會(huì)產(chǎn)生了消極的影響,農(nóng)村由“熟人社會(huì)”進(jìn)入“半數(shù)人社會(huì)”。并且,目前正在全國(guó)各地進(jìn)行的“新農(nóng)村建設(shè)”運(yùn)動(dòng)中,不少地區(qū)不考慮農(nóng)民傳統(tǒng)的生活習(xí)慣和鄰里交往方式,安排農(nóng)民集中入住多層樓房卻不考慮農(nóng)民的生活習(xí)慣與心理感受,自然村落延續(xù)千年的田間地頭,房前院壩等交往空間不復(fù)存在,農(nóng)民傳統(tǒng)交往習(xí)慣不復(fù)存在,并由此產(chǎn)生了諸多問題鄰里交往空間是農(nóng)村新型社區(qū)建設(shè)重要的建設(shè)目標(biāo),本文立足于成都平原這一地域范圍內(nèi),從鄰里交往理論入手,通過對(duì)成都平原傳統(tǒng)自然村落和農(nóng)村新型社區(qū)的調(diào)研,總結(jié)傳統(tǒng)交往空間特征與交往行為的關(guān)聯(lián)性,剖析農(nóng)村新型社區(qū)建設(shè)中的現(xiàn)狀,通過兩者比較,得出成都平原農(nóng)村新型社區(qū)鄰里交往空間存在的問題,并提出相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)原則,在此基礎(chǔ)以上,引出“基本鄰里單元”的鄰里交往空間設(shè)計(jì)策略,對(duì)農(nóng)村新型社區(qū)鄰里交往空間布局設(shè)計(jì)策略,空間層次設(shè)計(jì)策略以及空間要素設(shè)計(jì)策略進(jìn)行總結(jié),構(gòu)建起成都平原農(nóng)村新型社區(qū)鄰里交往空間設(shè)計(jì)體系。
[Abstract]:China's rural society is entering a rapid transition period. Due to the influence of family structure, mode of production, and the change of life concept, the rural neighborhood communication shows a weakening trend, and thus has a negative impact on the rural society. The countryside has moved from an "acquaintance society" to a "society of half people". Moreover, in the "new rural construction" movement being carried out in various parts of the country, many areas do not consider farmers' traditional living habits and the way of neighbourhood communication. Arranging farmers to live in multi-storey buildings without considering the peasants' living habits and psychological feelings, the natural villages continue to live in the fields for thousands of years, the communication spaces such as the front yard dam no longer exist, and the farmers' traditional communication habits no longer exist. This paper is based on the regional scope of Chengdu Plain, and starts with the theory of neighborhood communication. Based on the investigation of traditional natural villages and new rural communities in Chengdu Plain, this paper summarizes the relationship between the spatial characteristics of traditional communication and communication behavior, analyzes the present situation in the construction of new rural communities, and compares the two. The problems existing in the new neighborhood communication space in the rural areas of Chengdu Plain are obtained, and the related design principles are put forward. On the basis of this, the design strategy of the neighborhood communication space of the "basic neighborhood unit" is introduced. This paper summarizes the spatial layout design strategy, spatial hierarchy design strategy and spatial element design strategy of the new type of rural community communication, and constructs the design system of the new rural community communication space in Chengdu Plain.
