【摘要】:目前聚羧酸減水劑的合成工藝主要以加熱為主,低溫合成工藝報(bào)道較少。本文為了解決這一問(wèn)題,以異戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)為主要聚合單體,研究分析反應(yīng)溫度、保溫時(shí)間、A/B液滴加時(shí)間、酸醚比、引發(fā)劑過(guò)硫酸銨用量(APS)等因素對(duì)合成減水劑產(chǎn)品性能的影響。并利用正交試驗(yàn),篩選出常溫條件下較優(yōu)的合成工藝:酸醚比n(AA)∶n(TPEG)=3.5∶1,引發(fā)劑過(guò)硫酸銨用量(按TPEG單體質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)計(jì))為0.5%,反應(yīng)溫度30℃,A液滴加2.25h,B液滴加3.5h,保溫時(shí)間1.5h。合成減水劑產(chǎn)品在水灰比0.29,摻量0.25%的條件下,水泥凈漿初始流動(dòng)度達(dá)到240mm,1h后凈漿流動(dòng)度損失5mm,相同摻量下與其他減水劑產(chǎn)品相比具有更好的分散性和分散保持性。
[Abstract]:At present, the synthesis process of polycarboxylic acid water reducer is mainly heated, but less reported at low temperature. In order to solve this problem, isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether (TPEG), acrylic acid (AAA) was used as the main polymerization monomer, and the reaction temperature was studied and analyzed. The effects of different factors, such as the time of adding A / B droplet, the ratio of acid to ether, the amount of ammonium persulfate initiator and so on, on the properties of the synthetic superplasticizer were studied by orthogonal test.
