【摘要】：建筑工程質(zhì)量管理是工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的重中之重,從工程管理實(shí)踐的角度來講,每一項(xiàng)工程都是不同的,對建筑工程質(zhì)量管理要求也有明顯的差異,在這種情況下施工建設(shè)單位必須不斷創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的思路和方法,探索出一種適合我國項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理需要的模式和方法,不斷提高項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的水平。而建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜而系統(tǒng)的工作,建筑項(xiàng)目的唯一性增加了質(zhì)量管理的難度,在建設(shè)過程中受到環(huán)境等因素的影響,質(zhì)量管理又處在不斷變化當(dāng)中,這就要求在管理形式、內(nèi)容上要不斷的進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新和完善。本研究運(yùn)用案例研究法、文獻(xiàn)研究法和比較研究法,以濱州醫(yī)學(xué)院G-2學(xué)生公寓項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理為例,在闡述質(zhì)量管理基本概念的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的基本流程,在質(zhì)量管理當(dāng)中以理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,定性與定量相結(jié)合等方法,對G-2學(xué)生公寓項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行了全面的研究和分析。本研究的內(nèi)容主要包括以下幾點(diǎn)：第一,闡述了項(xiàng)目的研究背景、建筑工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了項(xiàng)目的研究方向以及項(xiàng)目研究的主要內(nèi)容及運(yùn)用的方法,包括研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二,介紹了本研究的基本理論和項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的方法,包括項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)概念,如全面質(zhì)量管理、精益質(zhì)量管理等,以及該項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的計(jì)劃和與之相關(guān)的項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理體系,指出本研究的方法是理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,定性與定量相結(jié)合等方法。第三,本部分在研究介紹了濱州醫(yī)學(xué)院G-2學(xué)生公寓項(xiàng)目概況的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了該項(xiàng)目的組織管理、施工部署等情況,尤其是該項(xiàng)目的管理目標(biāo)、組織機(jī)構(gòu)以及該項(xiàng)目工期計(jì)劃等。第四,本部分主要是有關(guān)濱州醫(yī)學(xué)院G-2學(xué)生公寓項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量計(jì)劃與目標(biāo)設(shè)定情況,包括該項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量計(jì)劃,如質(zhì)量管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、安全管理措施等,分析項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量目標(biāo)的設(shè)定,包括整體目標(biāo)設(shè)定和量化目標(biāo)設(shè)定兩個(gè)方面。第五,主要介紹G-2學(xué)生公寓項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量實(shí)施與控制措施,將措施分成了事中控制與事后控制兩個(gè)方面,包括施工計(jì)劃的實(shí)施與調(diào)整,使施工質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)措施及其過程展示在讀者面前。第六,G-2學(xué)生公寓項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的改進(jìn)與監(jiān)督,提出人員質(zhì)量行為管理改進(jìn)、施工質(zhì)量監(jiān)督、重點(diǎn)工程檢查監(jiān)督等。通過上述研究,希望能夠?qū)-2學(xué)生公寓項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理狀況有個(gè)全面的了解,幫助該施工企業(yè)不斷提高施工質(zhì)量管理水平。
[Abstract]:Construction engineering quality management is the most important part of engineering project quality management. From the point of view of engineering management practice, each project is different, and the requirements of construction project quality management are obviously different. Under such circumstances, construction units must constantly innovate the ideas and methods of project quality management, and explore a mode and method suitable for the needs of project quality management in China. The quality management of construction project is a complex and systematic work. The uniqueness of construction project increases the difficulty of quality management, and is affected by the environment and other factors in the process of construction. Quality management is also in constant change, which requires continuous innovation and perfection in the form and content of management. This study uses case study, literature research and comparative research. Taking the project quality management of G-2 student apartment in Binzhou Medical College as an example, on the basis of expounding the basic concept of quality management, this paper analyzes the basic process of project quality management, and combines theory with practice in quality management. Combining qualitative and quantitative methods, this paper makes a comprehensive study and analysis on the quality management of G-2 student apartment project. The contents of this study mainly include the following points: first, the research background of the project is expounded. This paper analyzes the research direction of the construction project and the main contents and application methods of the project research, including the innovation points of the research. This paper introduces the basic theory of this research and the methods of project quality management, including the related concepts of project quality management, such as total quality management, lean quality management, etc. And the project quality management plan and related project quality management system, points out that the research method is the combination of theory and practice, qualitative and quantitative methods. Based on the research and introduction of the G-2 student apartment project in Binzhou Medical College, this part introduces the organization and management of the project, construction deployment and so on, especially the management objectives of the project. Organization and duration of the project. 4th. This part is mainly concerned with the quality plan and target setting of the G-2 student apartment project of Binzhou Medical College, including the quality plan of the project, such as quality management standardization, Safety management measures, analysis of the project quality goal setting, including overall goal setting and quantitative goal setting two aspects. 5th, mainly introduces the G-2 student apartment project construction quality implementation and control measures, The measures are divided into two aspects: the control in the incident and the control after the incident, including the implementation and adjustment of the construction plan, so that the relevant measures and the process of construction quality management can be displayed in front of the reader to improve and supervise the quality of the project of the 6th G-2 student apartment. The improvement of personnel quality behavior management, construction quality supervision, inspection supervision of key projects, etc. Through the above research, we hope to have a comprehensive understanding of the project quality management situation of G-2 student apartment. Help the construction enterprise to improve the construction quality management level.
