【摘要】：通過對哈爾濱某多層商業(yè)建筑的加固改造設(shè)計,最大限度地滿足了建筑布局改變的要求,實現(xiàn)了建筑項目利益的最大化。通過分析原結(jié)構(gòu)存在的缺陷,結(jié)合改建目標(biāo),從結(jié)構(gòu)體系的合理性及加固的可行性出發(fā),根據(jù)構(gòu)件的受力特性,分別采用加大截面、粘貼鋼板及鋼筋植筋等方法進(jìn)行加固。采用堆載法進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)加固。對以后相似工程的加固設(shè)計起參考作用。
