【摘要】：隨著休閑時代、旅游時代的到來以及文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的興起,農業(yè)在追求高產(chǎn)量、高質量的同時,開始了對于休閑觀光、生態(tài)科普、文化傳承等新功能的關注,促使農業(yè)從種養(yǎng)業(yè)向農產(chǎn)品加工、觀光旅游、文化創(chuàng)意等產(chǎn)業(yè)方向拓展。在這樣的背景下,創(chuàng)意農業(yè)成為了我國農業(yè)發(fā)展的熱門。浙江省作為我國創(chuàng)意農業(yè)發(fā)展迅速地區(qū)之一,雖然創(chuàng)意農業(yè)發(fā)展如火如荼,建設成效已初步顯現(xiàn),但其仍處于起步階段,各縣市創(chuàng)意農業(yè)發(fā)展參差不齊。本文通過對臺灣創(chuàng)意農業(yè)成功經(jīng)驗的研究,為浙江創(chuàng)意農業(yè)發(fā)展提供啟示和對策。本研究采用文獻研究、實地考察、案例研究、專家訪談等方法,通過整理分析國內外創(chuàng)意農業(yè)的相關文獻,實地調研浙江與臺灣兩地創(chuàng)意農業(yè)的優(yōu)秀案例,走訪從業(yè)人員和相關專家等方式,總結出臺灣創(chuàng)意農業(yè)發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗以及浙江創(chuàng)意農業(yè)發(fā)展普遍存在的問題,提出對浙江創(chuàng)意農業(yè)未來發(fā)展的優(yōu)化對策:1)樹立浙江本土文化特色;2)豐富游客對創(chuàng)意農業(yè)項目的體驗活動;3)提升農業(yè)景觀的藝術創(chuàng)意層次;4)拉長項目產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條,“一二三四產(chǎn)”共同發(fā)展;5)制定全省及各縣市的創(chuàng)意農業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃,建設創(chuàng)意農業(yè)試驗示范區(qū);6)加強全省對創(chuàng)意農業(yè)的宣傳推廣,增加知名度和消費市場;7)確立法制保障,加大政策扶持;8)注重科研技術支撐,培養(yǎng)專業(yè)人才。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the leisure age, the tourism era and the rise of cultural and creative industries, agriculture has begun to pay attention to the new functions of leisure tourism, ecological science popularization, cultural inheritance and so on, while pursuing high output and high quality. In this context, creative agriculture has become a hot spot in China's agricultural development. Zhejiang Province is one of the areas where creative agriculture is developing rapidly. Although the development of creative agriculture is in full swing and the effect of construction has shown initially, it is still in its infancy, and the development of creative agriculture in various counties and cities is uneven. This paper studies the successful experience of creative agriculture in Taiwan. This research adopts the methods of literature research, field investigation, case study, expert interview and so on, through collating and analyzing the related literature of creative agriculture at home and abroad. By investigating the outstanding cases of creative agriculture in Zhejiang and Taiwan on the spot, visiting practitioners and relevant experts, we can sum up the successful experiences of the development of creative agriculture in Taiwan and the common problems in the development of creative agriculture in Zhejiang. Put forward the optimization countermeasure of Zhejiang creative agriculture's future development: 1) set up Zhejiang native culture characteristic 2) enrich tourists' experience activity of creative agriculture project and (3) promote the artistic creative level of agricultural landscape and extend the industry chain of the project. " In 1234, he worked out a plan for the development of creative agriculture in all counties and cities of the province. Construction of creative agriculture test and demonstration area No. 6) strengthen the promotion of creative agriculture in the province, increase awareness and consumer market 7) establish legal guarantee, increase policy support 8) pay attention to scientific research and technical support, train professionals.
