既有鋼結構和圍護結構安全和使用性檢測與評估方法研究

【摘要】:我國建設的大批公共建筑往往采用了大跨度鋼結構、玻璃、金屬或石材幕墻圍護結構、金屬屋面結構、索膜結構等。其中很多建筑的壽命已達10到20年。由于當初建設中的質量缺陷變化、使用時環(huán)境的腐蝕、風荷載或設備震動等帶來的影響、建筑物沉降引起的結構變化,都會引起結構的損壞。這些損壞如不能及時檢查發(fā)現(xiàn),并給予必要合理的修復,則會影響到建筑物的使用功能,甚至對建筑的安全性和使用性帶來不利影響。而對于在役建筑(特別是鋼結構建筑)進行安全性和使用性的檢查評估方面還缺乏可提供指導的標準和規(guī)定。因此許多大型公共建筑的業(yè)主對于既有建筑沒有檢查評估或維修的主動意識,往往是發(fā)現(xiàn)哪里壞了修哪里,造成了一些原本可以花很小的代價就可以進行維修的損壞,由于沒有及時發(fā)現(xiàn)而必須在損壞嚴重后花費大量經費來進行更換或維修,更嚴重的甚至發(fā)生安全事故。因此大型公共建筑在使用期間的檢測評估還是非常必要的。本文通過參考建筑結構常規(guī)性評估標準、工程規(guī)范,結合某航站樓建筑實例的具體情況,對其主體結構變形測量、鋼結構焊接和螺栓連接節(jié)點、鋼結構表面防腐涂層、預應力鋼拉索、玻璃幕墻的轉接件和耐候密封膠、金屬屋面板的連接固定和板材的防腐等內容的檢測、試驗、分析,并對該建筑主體和圍護結構進行了安全性、使用性評估。本文以某航站樓建筑結構為研究對象,提出了其主體鋼結構和圍護結構(金屬板屋面和玻璃幕墻)的安全性和使用性的檢測項目及數量、檢測方法、檢測頻率及評估判據,為管理單位以后對本建筑使用壽命內的例行檢查、確定維修計劃和維修方案提供科學的幫助,并可以用來指導類似建筑結構安全性和使用性的檢測與評估。

Because the damage was not detected in time, it had to be replaced or repaired with a large amount of money after the damage was serious. More serious and even safety accidents. So it is very necessary to check and evaluate the large public buildings during their use. In this paper, by referring to the building structure evaluation standard, engineering code, According to the concrete situation of a building, the deformation measurement of the main structure, the joints of welding and bolting of steel structure, the anticorrosive coating on the surface of steel structure, the prestressed steel cable, the connecting parts of glass curtain wall and the weathering sealant, The inspection, test, analysis and evaluation of the safety and usability of the main body of the building and the structure of the enclosure are carried out in this paper, taking the building structure of a certain terminal building as the research object, and the inspection, test, analysis and so on of the connection fixation of the metal roof slab and the anticorrosion of the sheet metal roof are carried out. The test items and quantity of safety and serviceability of the main steel structure and the enclosure (metal sheet roof and glass curtain wall), the detection method, the detection frequency and the evaluation criteria are put forward. It can provide scientific help for the management unit to check the service life of the building, determine the maintenance plan and maintenance plan, and can be used to guide the inspection and evaluation of the safety and usability of similar building structures.
