【摘要】:隨著醫(yī)院規(guī)模變大,醫(yī)院機(jī)電安裝項(xiàng)目也越來越復(fù)雜,這使得機(jī)電安裝項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制難度加大。傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)院機(jī)電安裝項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制多依賴于編制人員經(jīng)驗(yàn)和能力,而經(jīng)驗(yàn)化的管理模式往往產(chǎn)生難以預(yù)測的影響,同時(shí)傳統(tǒng)技術(shù)手段存在諸多局限性,不利于醫(yī)院機(jī)電安裝項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制的規(guī)范化和精細(xì)化。BIM技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)為解決傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃存在的問題提供了可能性,近年來越來越多應(yīng)用于工程建設(shè)的各個(gè)階段。本文對BIM技術(shù)在國內(nèi)外機(jī)電安裝項(xiàng)目研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了歸納,對目前醫(yī)院機(jī)電安裝項(xiàng)目傳統(tǒng)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了描述。并分析了傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理流程存在的問題,以及傳統(tǒng)二維施工圖、傳統(tǒng)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃表達(dá)方式、項(xiàng)目參與方溝通等存在的問題。以X醫(yī)院機(jī)電安裝項(xiàng)目作為研究對象,從精確統(tǒng)計(jì)工程量、對進(jìn)度計(jì)劃動態(tài)可視化表達(dá)、項(xiàng)目各參與方高效溝通、業(yè)主對項(xiàng)目成功度幾方面,詳細(xì)闡述了該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制對BIM技術(shù)的需求。從基于BIM的進(jìn)度管理流程、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制流程方面,在理論上梳理基于BIM的X醫(yī)院機(jī)電安裝項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃實(shí)現(xiàn)的途徑。然后選擇具體的BIM軟件操作平臺,通過BIM模型建立、管線綜合優(yōu)化布置、精確工程量統(tǒng)計(jì)及建立BIM虛擬施工模型,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對X醫(yī)院機(jī)電安裝項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的模擬和優(yōu)化。為了更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)基于BIM的X醫(yī)院項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,本文給出了項(xiàng)目級BIM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、基于BIM的組織結(jié)構(gòu)及團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)幾方面保障措施。本文通過對BIM技術(shù)在X醫(yī)院機(jī)電安裝項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃中的研究,以此證明BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用于醫(yī)院進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制的可行性,應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)可以提高項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制的合理性,減少工程變更,使信息傳遞更加高效、完整,增強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目參與方溝通與協(xié)作。希望本文研究工作能對醫(yī)院機(jī)電安裝項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制起到借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the increasing scale of hospital, the electromechanical installation project of hospital is becoming more and more complicated, which makes it more difficult to compile the schedule plan of electromechanical installation project. The preparation of the schedule plan of traditional hospital electromechanical installation project depends on the experience and ability of the staff. But the experience management mode often has the unpredictable influence, at the same time the traditional technology means has many limitations, The emergence of BIM technology, which is unfavorable to the standardization and refinement of the schedule planning of the hospital electromechanical installation project, provides the possibility for solving the problems existing in the traditional project schedule plan. In recent years, more and more applications have been made in various stages of engineering construction. This paper summarizes the research and application of BIM technology in electromechanical installation projects at home and abroad. This paper describes the current situation of the traditional schedule planning of the hospital electromechanical installation project, and analyzes the problems existing in the traditional project schedule management process, as well as the traditional two-dimensional construction drawing and the traditional schedule plan expression method. Taking X hospital electromechanical installation project as the research object, from the aspects of accurate statistics of project quantity, dynamic visual expression of schedule plan, effective communication among the participants of the project, and the owner's degree of success of the project, the problems existed in the communication between the participants of the project and the project are taken as the research object. The requirement of BIM technology for the project schedule planning is described in detail. From the aspects of the progress management process based on BIM, the project schedule management system architecture, the project schedule planning process, This paper theoretically combs the way to realize the progress plan of X hospital electromechanical installation project based on BIM. Then it chooses the specific BIM software operating platform, establishes the BIM model, and optimizes the pipeline layout synthetically. Accurate project quantity statistics and BIM virtual construction model are established to realize the simulation and optimization of the schedule of the electromechanical installation project in X hospital. In order to better realize the progress plan of X hospital project based on BIM, this paper presents the project level BIM standard. Based on the organization structure and team building of BIM, this paper studies the progress plan of BIM technology in X hospital electromechanical installation project, and proves the feasibility of applying BIM technology to hospital schedule planning. The application of BIM technology can improve the rationality of project schedule planning, reduce engineering changes, and make information transmission more efficient and complete. It is hoped that the research work in this paper can be used for reference in the preparation of the schedule of the hospital mechanical and electrical installation project.
