附著式升降腳手架在超高層建筑中技術(shù)探究及工程應(yīng)用

【摘要】:近些年,隨著經(jīng)濟迅猛發(fā)展,建筑業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展欣欣向榮,國內(nèi)外超高層建筑層出不窮,隨之也出現(xiàn)了很多種比較新型的腳手架系統(tǒng)。比如長沙運達中央廣場DS型附著式整體升降腳手架系統(tǒng),佛山保利商貿(mào)中心智能導(dǎo)軌式爬架體系等等。 腳手架工程雖然只是建筑物外的臨時結(jié)構(gòu),但是它在建筑物施工過程起著至關(guān)重要的作用。尤其對工程進度工期的影響和經(jīng)濟效益的控制等方面。傳統(tǒng)腳手架材料有木、竹、鋼管等,新型的腳手架材料有鋁合金板和鋼板等。在對比各項指標之后,附著式升降腳手架以其安裝拆卸方便、維護保養(yǎng)簡便、防火耐用、架體外形美觀、顯著節(jié)約成本、爬架平臺作業(yè)環(huán)境更具人性化、避免高空散裝散拆的墜物隱患等優(yōu)點優(yōu)勢脫穎而出,越來越廣泛的運用于國內(nèi)外地區(qū)超高層建筑中。 本文以深圳君臨海域名園二期工程項目為依托,詳細闡述了項目附著式升降腳手架體系設(shè)計方案、得出優(yōu)化后附著式升降腳手架的設(shè)計方案。優(yōu)化設(shè)計方案是從各部位附著式升降腳手架的設(shè)計到附著式升降腳手架的安裝、特殊關(guān)鍵部位的處理進行闡述,并通過設(shè)計規(guī)范對附著式升降腳手架方案進行計算驗算校核。在驗算過程中,重點考慮了附著式升降腳手架節(jié)點連接方式、支撐體系受力分析、各個構(gòu)件撓度承載力驗算等等,這為優(yōu)化后的附著式升降腳手架提供可靠的理論依據(jù)。 采用總價對比分析法將附著式升降腳手架與懸挑腳手架進行經(jīng)濟對比分析,結(jié)果顯示相同條件下使用附著式升降腳手架體系更為經(jīng)濟。除此之外又考慮工期因素,根據(jù)項目進度獎懲機制產(chǎn)生不同經(jīng)濟效益,綜上所述,附著式升降腳手架更為經(jīng)濟適用。 通過幾種超高層常用腳手架體系施工技術(shù)方案及經(jīng)濟的對比分析,進行計算驗算校核,得出附著式升降腳手架體系較懸挑腳手架以及傳統(tǒng)腳手架具有更多的優(yōu)勢。該研究成果在超高層建筑的施工中具有廣泛的應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the economy, the construction industry is booming, and the super-tall buildings at home and abroad are emerging in endlessly. There are also many new scaffolding systems, such as Changsha Yunda Central Plaza DS attached integral lifting scaffolding system, Foshan Poly Trade Center intelligent rail climbing system and so on. Scaffolding works are only temporary structures outside buildings, but they play an important role in the construction process of buildings, especially in the control of construction schedule and economic benefits. Traditional scaffolding materials include wood, bamboo, bamboo, etc. Steel tubes, new scaffolding materials such as aluminum alloy plate and steel plate. After comparing the various indicators, the attached lifting scaffolding is easy to install and disassemble, easy to maintain, fire-resistant and durable, and its shape is beautiful, and the cost is significantly reduced. The working environment of the climbing platform is more humanized, and the advantages of avoiding the hidden danger of falling objects in bulk are more and more widely used in the super high-rise buildings at home and abroad. Based on the second phase project of Shenzhen Junlinhai Domain Park, this paper expounds the design scheme of the attached lifting scaffold system in detail. The optimum design scheme is from the design of the attached lifting scaffold to the installation of the attached lifting scaffold, and the treatment of the special key parts is described. In the process of checking calculation, the joint connection mode of attached lifting scaffold, the force analysis of support system, the deflection bearing capacity of each member and so on are considered. This provides a reliable theoretical basis for the optimized attached lifting scaffold. The economic comparison analysis between attached lifting scaffold and cantilever scaffold is carried out by means of total price contrast analysis. The results show that it is more economical to use attached lifting scaffold system under the same conditions. According to the project schedule reward and punishment mechanism produces different economic benefits, in summary, the attached lifting scaffold is more economical and applicable. Through the comparison and analysis of construction technology and economy of several kinds of scaffolding systems commonly used in super high buildings, the calculation, checking and checking are carried out. It is concluded that the attached lifting scaffold system has more advantages than the cantilever scaffold and the traditional scaffold. The research results have wide application value in the construction of super high-rise building.
