【摘要】：工程項(xiàng)目三個(gè)重要目標(biāo)分別為：工期、質(zhì)量、造價(jià),而質(zhì)量要素顯然是整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的核心,決定了項(xiàng)目的成敗,也直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)的效益。百年大計(jì),質(zhì)量第一。近年來(lái),我國(guó)對(duì)于項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制方面進(jìn)行了大量研究,理論聯(lián)合實(shí)際,建立起了具有中國(guó)特色的質(zhì)量控制體系。工程想要達(dá)到項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)收益、社會(huì)效應(yīng)以及良好的進(jìn)度控制,就必須加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量管理與控制,有效提升工程項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量控制工作。在高要求的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下,必須精準(zhǔn)地分析影響項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的因素,正確地制定合理、科學(xué)的質(zhì)量控制措施,以確保質(zhì)量目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),無(wú)論是理論上還是現(xiàn)實(shí)中都具有一定意義。本文以XX項(xiàng)目這一具體工程為例,在國(guó)內(nèi)外項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制基本研究理論及方法的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用質(zhì)量控制方法,并結(jié)合工程中詳實(shí)的資料數(shù)據(jù)以及實(shí)地訪談和調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,對(duì)XX項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行剖析,發(fā)現(xiàn)以下問(wèn)題：?jiǎn)T工對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的認(rèn)識(shí)存在誤區(qū)、缺乏全方位的質(zhì)量保證機(jī)制、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制過(guò)程沒(méi)有配套的獎(jiǎng)懲機(jī)制、質(zhì)量控制體系模式落后。針對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制產(chǎn)生問(wèn)題的原因,并結(jié)合項(xiàng)目本身的特征,本文從以下幾個(gè)方面對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制進(jìn)行優(yōu)化：提出了建立有利于項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理與控制的文化、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制總體流程優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)、調(diào)整質(zhì)量控制體系、規(guī)范QC活動(dòng)小組、優(yōu)化項(xiàng)目管理獎(jiǎng)懲機(jī)制。項(xiàng)目的優(yōu)化措施以項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制理論為指導(dǎo),以實(shí)際的項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向,對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量進(jìn)行主動(dòng)控制,促進(jìn)XX項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的提高。
[Abstract]:The three important objectives of the project are: time limit, quality, cost, and quality factors are the core of the whole project, which determines the success or failure of the project and directly relates to the benefit of the enterprise. China has carried out a lot of research on project quality control, combining theory with practice, and has established a quality control system with Chinese characteristics. The project wants to achieve the economic benefits, social effects and good progress control of the project. It is necessary to strengthen the quality management and control of the project construction and effectively improve the construction quality control of the project. Under the high quality standard, the factors affecting the quality of the project must be accurately analyzed, and the reasonable formulation should be made correctly. Scientific quality control measures to ensure the realization of quality objectives, whether in theory or in reality, are of certain significance. This paper takes XX project as an example, Based on the basic research theories and methods of project quality control at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the current situation of XX project by using the quality control method, combining with the detailed data in the project and field interviews and questionnaires. The following problems are found: the misunderstandings of project quality control, the lack of a comprehensive quality assurance mechanism, and the lack of a matching reward and punishment mechanism in the project quality control process, The mode of quality control system is backward. In view of the causes of problems in project quality control, and combined with the characteristics of the project itself, This paper optimizes the quality control of the project from the following aspects: establishing a culture conducive to the quality management and control of the project, optimizing the overall process of the quality control of the project, adjusting the quality control system, standardizing the QC activity group, The optimization measures of the project are guided by the theory of project quality control, and guided by the actual project quality goal, and the project quality is controlled actively to promote the improvement of XX project quality.
